Both the Orc Inn keeper and the Witch were anime original from what I can tell in regards to the translated manga (if anyone got ways to read the raw series, please don't mind sending me a link thankyouverymuch). The witch felt like the first proper evil monster but like Carla is on a whole other level of evilness, lol.
Even her cooking is out of this world, turning the witch into a young woman again, wow. And for that monster to work like a microwave oven, lol.

As dumb as this series is, I do like Alvin's and Carla's relationship of bickering and straight out insulting one another. Like I never except them to finish this medical herb mission they got from the guild but at least they have each other, so it won't be boring for them.^^

Pretty sure the robber girl is also an anime only addition, at least she wasn't there in this part of the story in the manga. Carla's ears turning red when Alvin thanked her was very cute. <3

Man, Alvin sure is weak. Totally got his ass handed to him by Carla in close combat, unarmed while he was armed. And he really doesn't know when it's best to shut up, lol.
But that necromancer is way more "holy" than Carla, no wonder Carla felt an instant rivalry with her. First time we got a "two-parter", next episode the resurrection of the little sister.

Same with Marin from Bisque Doll, but some VAs (newbies?) can voice act just fine, but then when they start crying, you're just left wondering what you just heard.
Perhaps a lesson that pretending to cry is harder than we think.

Medusa and Dryad were quite the pretty monsters, good for Alvin to finally get some action. Sure it's just getting beat up and abused by pretty monsters but it's still something. xD

Those two also got quite the fetishes, ofc Alvin cannot please any of them. Same with his hopes of finally getting a cool, good weapon and it turns out to be a dud. ^^

Carla finally doing a good combat spell to keep Alvin standing in a fight... to just finish him off because the received dmg returns 10 fold once the spell wears off. His butt must feel like hell. XDDD

Carla being all happy about how fun it is to be with Alvin was adorable and I think Medusa and Dryad would agree with that sentiment. Too bad she is too embarrassed to admit the same in front of Alvin so she was ready to murder Dryad and finished off dense Medusa with a sneeze. Guess Alvin will never hear what his good point(s) are. <3

Uff, this is harsh, zero stars and the paper even laughed this time. Poor Alvin, he is totally in the wrong business. Loved how happy Carla was being called best partners with Alvin and that she was proud of calling their team "waste bin". xD

So those two ghosts are now part of the party as well? Bet they can pull their weight more than Alvin can.^^

Woha wow, Carla can actually heal?! And like amazing heal with a cloth and a 3 second (haha) countdown? And even put the shine on the treated area? Oh right, anime original episode. XDDD

That said, it was really adorable. Lots of Carla blushing and smiling, lots of honest and kind Alvin, Alvin heroically throwing himself in the punch of a Cyclopes teenager girl, Carla genuinely wanting to save Alving from the trap to being annoyed that he saved himself instead. Good moments all around just like her "healing chant" "sonofabitch! Fwaaaakyuh!" and her fuming when he stopped her. Poor little mimic, first I thought Carla was really kind with her suggestion that this was a rehearsal and had a good grin at how the mimic went "Dang, how does she know I am in here? She's sharp." and the eyeroll when Carla as expected went way overboard with her acting destroying all the confidence the little cute pink Mimic had.^^

Really liked that Alvin told Carla he is thankful for her weirdo butt being his partner because if she was half-way normal she'd totally be in another party. Same with Carla blushing over the praise and not getting her own thanks out instead doing a tsundere. xD

As strange as it might sound, I gonna miss those two when their last episode will hear next week. If the manga would update regularly or if I knew where to read the raw chapters of it, then it wouldn't be that bad. But so I cannot see how the journey of Alvin and Carla continues. :/
At least I got the anime original ending where Alvin and Carla take down an big mayor league villain. IF they actually take him down and not have him join the party. ^^

Good last episode. Read somewhere that while this episode wasn't in the manga series, something similar like that was in the webcomic original. All in all Alvin had his first major fight (vs a feeble old man) and won (vs a feeble old man)!!! That should be worth at least one star spike! Even if he needed the crown support and Carla's "enhancement" spell to beat said old man in close combat.

Everyone coming up so quickly (way too quickly, like how were they all so close to the castle?) and fighting the puppet army and the three goons was fun. Good monsters beating evil humans, yay!

Carla caring so much about their first dungeon medal was adorable, same with her belief in Alvin and her begging the magical crown to not tell Alvin that he is free of the curse. xD

Alvin sure got a strange party but it also fits him the best. It's just hilariously stupid. Which describes the series pretty well.^^

Well its good to see everyone that those two encountered in there misadventures and Dryad & Medusa having way to much fun punishing them

Alvin still cant help but fall into a pitfall traps

Holy crap, that was a boring and cheap anime
It really used the "It's a monster, but it actually has intelligence and proceeds to talk to the protagonist normally!" thing way too many times
And it wasn't funny regardless

I think literally the only value of this anime were the few fanarts of Karla that were produced
