Aside from that, Thetis is freed of mind control via our resident Harem Protagonist (sasuga Ouji-sama) and Uridem recognizes Lulu's smell in the area.

Overall good chapter. I think they're fixing the pacing a bit now.

Man, the manga author really is keeping up with current events with the source game.

Just this chapter alone shows various classes and mechanics that were recently implemented within the past few months (Thetis talking about becoming a Geirölul is referencing the 2nd Awakening mechanic, Sandy herself is part of a new class called, wait for it, BLACKSMITH. ). There were other things like how Bashira tries to be able to shoot 4 arrows back-to-back like Nanaly (seen via flashback), something she's capable of doing in-game through skill awakening.

Other than that it's nice seeing Anna actually doing stuff, showing that despite being a non-combatant she's capable of handling herself during her quest for the sword. Also, seeing Iris, Elaine, and Kerry is also a nice treat as we progress further into the story.

That's the Prince's ancestor, not his father. Remember, the last time the demons were around was 1000 years ago, which was during the time of the Millennium War.

Ah Milieu looks as young as ever. A recent event had you go through the Prince's earliest memories to the point where he first learned his Morale Boosting skill. Comments were made on how Milieu looks the exact same in the present as she did over a decade ago.

The Prince gets a new sword and an army for a counter attack.

The Prince and his army attack the demons to rescue Lulu.
They also overcome their weakness against the demons by just tricking them into going places where they get surrounded by more soldiers.
And Uridem battles Thetis and Bashira.

So we found out why Uridem hates humans. Leifa was a human hero who fought against the demons during the Millennium War and wanted demi-humans like Uridem to be treated fairly and live together with humans. However, Leifa and her demi-humans were betrayed by the humans who left them to die fighting the demons which led to her death. Since that incident, Uridem has hated humans even though Leifa's last words were for Uridem to not hate humanity. In the end, Uridem inability to let go of the past allowed Lulu, who embraced the future, to defeat her.

The demons try to escape back to the demon world due to Uridem's defeat but a Greater Demon arrives to stop them.

Considering the game it's based on, a special character from the manga will be distributed as an ally in game with each volume that comes out. Usually that means the character will also be a significant character to the plot in the spin-off it appears in.

Guess who's popped up for Volume 3?

Take the info as you wish but it probably means that she'll be alive somehow especially considering the last two volumes bonus characters spoiled the strengthened forms of both Lulu and Uridem before we read about them.

On that note Volume 3 comes out next week so I'll be updating the opening post.
