If this thing is really Thor, would be nice if there was an electrifying fight with Mikoto, to me this thing is a man, the kind that would suffer greatly in a prison.

I have to go with girl just because of the eyes. They just look so feminine. Also the long hair, I don't think there have been any males with long hair in this series (although I could be wrong).

Although if it is Thor it's probably a boy... or maybe it's a girl that dresses like a boy so that she can use the powers of Thor.
