She was praying to "Gods" (World of C), she was praying for Lelouch plan to work or for the Gods to bestow immortality upon him.
At any rate, I think it was more connected toward her past then any religion.

Also, what the fuck is asexuality?

If you recall, nun was not affected by geass, she was scolding her for being too playful and overusing love geass. She was the only person C.C. could have normal relationship toward.
Before giving her immortality, she made C.C. give up on all the things she accumulated with her love geass.

Well, it's a mix of yellow and purple eyes, but it's possible that there are some recessive genes coming in from the grandparents in there, or even older ancestors. Alternatively, maybe that's what happens when those two eye colors get mixed.

You know nothing of how genes work, do you? Hair colors don't always mix, you know. Hell, just look at Lelouch and Nunnally; Lelouch has Marianne's hair color, and Nunnally has Charles' hair color.
