Neo's quality flip-flops.

It does individual things better than the original manga and its previous adaptations, but the overall picture is still weak and the plot pacing is weaksauce.

Oh, and 12 is out!

I've read up to chapter 14 and I must say that its pretty good manga. Not as good as the original MSN but entertaining in its own way. I really like the concept of Neo pactio and must say Asuna new outfit looks super cool and her upgraded sword is badass.

Its seem very rushed at times when compared to MSN but it has t good points too like more Anya (whose my third favorite girl) and less Nodoka (who I always found both creepy and Annoying as well as mostly useless to the manga as a whole). So that two thumbs up.

So what is the purpose to make a Neo if they are already Negima Magister ?

i think NEO is aimed at younger kids...notice there's less fan service? :P
