It looks nothing out of the orginary in terms of plot. But the seiyuu list is ...very temping...maybe I'll just watch the first few episodes for the sake of the seiyuus and drop it. I have a STRONG feeling I would dislike this anime, due to my dislike of harem series.
I wish the sounds was more clear, so I could hear the voices.

No idea what they were saying but... What's with that kiss!? I hope that's not their first time meeting each other 'cause it will totally suck compared to what happened in the game >_>
Same reaction from me. the hell was that!?!?

I'm willing to give it a chance (because I'm not the type who necessarily believes that an anime has to stick faithfully to the source material necessarily, though it's neat when it does), but at this point it almost looks like it's an anime-original story based loosely off of the game, rather than a stricter adaptation. A lot of the promo material I've seen for it have been pitching it as "9 parts comedy, 1 part romance" too, so I think they're going for something different. Who knows...
Artstyle-wise, I think it actually preserves the game look pretty decently. Still looking forward to seeing what they've done with it. |

Well, even if they had stayed totally true to the game, I wouldn't say it ever gets that serious. The game was more of a romantic comedy too, honestly. It did have drama (like almost all story-driven bishoujo-games do), but it wasn't really going for something too melodramatic. Just so you get a sense of what the game was like to begin with, so if the anime is even more comedy-oriented... well, we'll see what happens. I will say, though, that I liked the characters, so I still want to see what they do with it, personally.

Judging by the small inset picture on the left, while I can't speak for the game, anime Yuuhi looks to be someone you do NOT want to piss off:

After playing the PS2 game, this is now one of my most anticipated series coming in October, right up there with Gundam 00 S2 and ef. Yuuhi has jumped to the top of the ranks in my Favorite Female Characters list. She is just soooo moe. Forget Shana and Louise, if Yuuhi in the anime is anything like she is in the game, this will be Rie Kugumiya's best tsundere role yet. If you like Dating Sim/Visual Novel type games, get this game.
My only problem is that it's not as clear in this game how to go down the routes for the other heroines as it is in other Dating Sims/Visual Novels. (although I have a few untested theories) Quote:
Spoiler for PS2 Game:
