the basic premise is some people have been fighting all their lives and only know how to fight (like L-Elf) these people can't just put down their guns and become farmers/integrate back into society/whatever yet, these people are easily cast away by their own government when no longer needed one the major characters decides to make a PMC nation where his kind can survive I bring this up, because M77 is basically in a similar situation, now. They are feared by the world, but they don't have their respect or compassion And with the political climate right now, I don't think they can rely on donations So in think, one of the ways to survive and gain resources is to become a PMC nation

What is interesting is that all three concurrent Mecha series (Majestic Prince, Suisei no Gargantia and Valvrave) subverts the Understanding Ending.
Co-existence is an ideal. Differences that can't be reconciled make it very difficult for reconciliation. For the Magius it is being parasite space vampires. Their idea of co-existence is humanity's submission. While Liselotte wanted equal coexistence we don't know if she had a plan or if it would work. The Magius has publicly shown themselves evil by framing Module 77 when they are the ones manipulating the world by possessing its leaders. They were too stupid for their good. The Third Galactic Empire leaving Earth makes sense. While there are disagreements at least they would let each other live and let live. |

well ending sounds logical but I hate ending where MC dies. what should I name this series as wasted time ? well at least I liked the characters. I hope to remember them if I saw them again in other media.

IIRC, nothing was difinitively said about them being wiped out though the way Akira tells the story has led some viewers to thinking otherwise. I seriously doubt it myself. More likely the whole which hunt may have forced the non-Council affiliated Magius to reconsider co-existing with the Kamitsuki. That could work as a good starting point should the series be allowed any new material.

In space no as Chamber eloquently pointed out the survival choices made the Galactic Human Alliance and Hideauze radically opposed to each other. |

They didn't kill the immortal teens and the Magius can inhabit new bodies.
My guess is that the translucent green bodies belong to artificial magius bodies, designed just in case human rose up against them. If this series gets a movie... Season 3 or movie: Haruto comes back. His memories are with the Magius girl in his robot. She'll get pregnant and birth him. in a new cloned body. He'll come back as a Magius. |

They should at least give us an ova to clean this up.
On a different note, the voting poll results for this episode is amazing. I don't think I've see a mixed bag like this in AS.
