I do have my suspicions he's either a transgender or something else, but we all know he has a thing for Nejima. The author isn't trying to give any ideas on Nisaka just making us guess.

Nisaka was about to tell Nejima about the secret until their interrupted by none other than Liliana and Misaki about going out hiking in groups of two. So Liliana seems to talk with Nisaka a bit and the moment she stated that she was trying to help them out Nisaka looked shocked. Misaka's lie will possibly catch up with her in the next few chapters.

Hi everyone, just pick up this manga today.
And I cant believe it. Nejima and Nisaka are so cute with each other. They deserve to be end up together, no girl involves. No matter what kind of hardships awaits them in the future, the annoying girls, the shitty government or anyone else, I wish they will overcome all to achieve happiness together.

Anime/Manga Rule #69: Unless he is about to die/be killed, the MC won't get to have sex.

A. This rule loses it's effect if the story revolves around the MC actually having sex. (Ex. Miyamoto-kun Monogatari)

B. This rule doesn't affect MC female characters, especially if they are in a shoujo manga.

Addendum: Hentai has it's own set of rules that don't affect normal anime/manga, for more information check Hentai Logic and all it's Nuances

Yeah, the most that will happen is a kiss, if they do end up doing it it's mostly due to it's shoujo like feel.

Ehh Liliana is just so cute and pure in this manga, for me one of best romance heroine ever and i read thousands of them... Her reactions to everything are best xd

Seems like Neji is developing serious feelings towards Lili in recent chapters. That look in his eyes when he saw Lili with her hair down at goverment special course... Neji/Takazaki moments are sweet too, but nothing can beat this scene between them two, just pure love...

Why do i get the feeling that this is going to have a toradora ending. he doesn't get the girl of his dreams but he ends up with the woman who was always by his side.

Not much progression, but it was obvious they weren't going to have sex. But rewind things changed prior and he's been in a bad mood listening to things that weren't true. Now since he finally met up with Misaki she seemed to brush him off and isn't even thinking of that awkward moment they had. Might have to reread since I forgot most of everything and it left little impact on me after a year of reading.

But I believe something will change in the Romeo/Juliet arc. CLIFFHANGER AFTER CLIFFHANGER, can't get enough of those.

Because the girl of his dream isn't a protagonist and doesn't have much focus after Lilina was introduced.

I seriously hope that Neji ends up with Takazaki (not holding my breath considering this is anime) especially after how this manga began, I don't hate Lilina but him ending up with her would only prove that their messed up goverment is right on everything (and I personally hate the whole pairing someone together for better genes thing).
