The thing about taking pictures when you exercise is that you look 50 times more ugly than you do normally.

A little sweaty woman out running is pretty hot... but if they start doing something really hard its...

So i guess its the exercise that matters

Too bad i only do the ugly stuff

That's why I think it best to never judge a person's appearance when they're exercising.

(though, one shouldn't judge by appearance anyway...)

Nah... first appearances mean everything. Lets take a hypothetical situation.

If one dressed in a white t=shirt, baggy jeans, and a gold necklace to an interview, there is no chance in hell he'll get hired, over someone that's actually dressed appropriatly.

Doesn't matter if the first guy is better then the second guy in all levels. If he's dressed like that to a job interview there's no chance he'll get hired.

Here's another one I love because it's actually true... (At least for me)

at my H.S. Graduation, a lot of people were wearing sneakers, jeans and a regular t-shirt. Remember this is the ceremony. I don't know about you, but if you're dressed like that at the Graduation Ceremony, you'll just be stamped by the audience as a Grade A, moron.

Well, you never know. Maybe that's the only clothes they could afford. Or maybe a pack of angry moths destroyed all their other clothing. Or maybe their thighs are so huge they won't fit well into anything else.

Obviously I'm just messing around here, but you never know what a person's circumstances are.

Just exercise and eat balanced meals, etc. Women tend to get fat in their legs first, I think. This isn't a scientific opinon, so trust nothing I say.

I get my workout by hiking in the sierras in california during the summer. I remember someone saying carrying a 40lb backpack for miles is hard. Yup, it's hard indeed. Just last summer i hiked 200 miles and climed Mt. Whitney, in 2 weeks. A tip... be prepared when it rains.... you wont like sleeping wet, unless you got a fetish or something. I lost 20+ lbs from that expedition.
