Well, there are 5 villages and 9 Bijuu, so it is possible that each village, besides Konoha, had two Bijuu each (Konoha would then keep the Kyuubi).

Then again, maybe because the Nibi was so insanely weak (at least compared to Gaara or Mr. HJ), so Cloud received two Bijuu.

Honestly, it is unknown.

I have see alot of Pain theory threads, and many start to talk about a sixth element, Ok during the Pein fight against the J-man, the j-man mentions that Nagato master all 6 elements, was that a mistrans because there are only 5 elements?

The translation was correct, in a sense. Jiraiya refers to "The six paths of Pein," which suggests that there are six styles of chakra manipulation available to ninja. The sixth, and relatively foreign, style of chakra manipulation is "light/dark" or "yin/yang." Examples of this style of chakra manipulation would be Shikamaru's shadow techniques, or Chouji's size-increasing techniques.

No they are not bloodline limits, just secret family techniques passed down through the clans. In theory, anyone could learn to use them, if not there's a very special condition for using them that we do not yet know about. I guess we'll have to wait until the explanation of light/darkness to actually find out.

Why did Tsunade train Sakura? Sasuke is the top rookie, Naruto has the Kyuubi potential, etc so having Orochimaru and Jiraiya choose them is understandable....what reason was there to pick Sakura?

Perfect Chakra Control. That is literally the only reason that Tsunade chose to train her (I am sure being the top female ninja in her class helped, as did being Naruto's friend).

Can someone please tell me in what episode Naruto and Sasuke charge at each other (Naruto with rasengan, and Sasuke with chidori) and then Sakura and Kakashi run to stop them? (in their fight around ep130 they keep flashing back to that scene, but they don't show how it's resolved, so I'm very curious.)

That is 107-108, I believe. Good scene. Especially if you like seeing arrogant Sasuke being taken down a peg. Also some good discourse between Jiraiya and Kakashi.

question about demensions....

are all dimensions related? like for example when ur stuck in a genjutsu aka orochimaru/sasuke, is it possible for orochimaru to appear in a genjustu thats casted by another sharingan user? or is he just stuck in sasukes dimension?

regarding to the MS kakashis jutsu sucking another person into a blackhole, is it possible for the person sucked into it can meet another person stuck in susanno cast by another person aka itachi or same person? example like deathgods belly where yondaime is stuck there for eternity fighting.

can peins rinnegan gain access to anyone stuck in another dimension in relation to a genjutsu or MS jutsu?

Well, all of these questions are kind of impossible to answer without leading into speculation. Although, I'd probably say that since there's definitely more then one dimension, there might as well be a hundred, a thousand or even infinate amounts.

I dont think that would be possible. The black whole appears to be around the size of a head or a fist. A person being crushed and sucked into a small space like that is most likely not going to survive the journey. If he would, we still dont know enough about dimensions to say whether all dimensionsal jutsu uses the same dimensional plane or not.

Well, as far as I'm aware, the only genjutsu that actually transports people to another "dimension" is Tsukuyomi, in which case, no. Any person transported to the "dimension" of Tsukuyomi is isolated in that persons dimension. Remember, Tsukuyomi is a dimension where space and time are controlled by the user/caster. The only way Orochimaru (or anyone else) would be able to appear in that dimension, is if the user cast the genjutsu on two people simultaneously. Otherwise, it's a 1-on-1 kinda thing.

He's a Chuunin, they also get vests. It just seems some of them doesnt want to wear it, just like some jounin wont wear theirs (I.e Kurenai).

Nagato, Yahiko, and Konan were trained several years before Jiraiya trained Minato and whoever else was on Minato's team (it is just a guess, but Pein is probably about 5-10 years older than Minato).
