Sorry about xenovia, i didnt read the short story where she got her familiar.
About tiamat, if she can be a familiar, then maybe she's Ajuka's familiar and thats why she's helping him managing rating games.
About ingvild, i think she get a sea dragon, maybe if phoneix is both the name of a mystical beast and devil family, its same with leviathan

I had an extremely crazy idea that will never happen but I think it would be really cool if it did and that idea was for Issei to summon Ddraig then reincarnate him with evil pieces

Why? Whats the point?
Also, when issei was reincarnated, ddraig was accounted for, thats why he needed 8 pawns instead of one. Didnt azazel say ise was worth 0.1 and ddraig 7.9 of the 8 evil pawn pieces used in reincarnating issei.
And even if thats not the case. There is no need to reicarnate draig, since he's already bound to isse soul through the sacred gear and will fight with him in any rating game. Better use isse remaining pieces on new addition to the team

This option has sense and don´t give her one familiar like Rassei, Asia familiar.

So just to recap, I'm correct in saying Issei still has a Rook, a Knight and some pawn pieces, right?

Would be awesome if Galahad Shield was a SG, would make the wielder THE ultimate rook in the sense of defence. Lord Chaldea anyone?

All of Issei's 8 pawn pieces are unused. But other than that, you are correct.

What kind of women would you like to see Ise take as his servants? Looks, backround and powers? I want a Egyptian woman & a Youkai or a Japanese member of the Five families.

Ise's peerage is too Christian based.

Ingvild- Leviathan half-Devil with a Longinus

Ravel- Pureblood Devil

Asia- former Holy nun turned Devil

Xenovia- former Vatican swordswoman turned Devil

Rossweisse- former Valkyrie turned Devil

With the exception of Rossweisse, all of Ise's servants have come from the Christian side. Which is why I want some girls from other myths to spice it up and also world build.
