Maybe if we plaster enough of this all over WoT forums, Wargaming.net might actually do a Senshado Starter Pack/Bundle. We might even get the JSDF to back us!

Also, now that I'm playing the Covenanter in WoT, it's actually started to grow on me, and I think it would be a lovely tank for the Volleyball Club to use; small, light, fast. And it has more gun than the I-Go. Hell, the Covenanter, despite being a light tank, is probably better armored than the I-Go.

As you said, it is only a cosplay tank. But to take it seriously, AFAIK it is using what the Russians would have classed "protective coloration" - subdued colors like Feldgrau and OD that produce a low contrast and thus reasonable concealing effect in a wide range of situations.

Obviously, it can't be expected to compete against imitiative and disruptive camouflage optimized for the particular environment, and no one should pretend it provides protection at close range, but it might be a bit hard to see at longer ranges.

Girls und Panzer x World of Tanks! Apparently it's to tie in with the new Japanese server, and the upcoming Japanese premium tank, the Chi Nu Kai.

About time. The show was clearly aware of the game (and probably even inspired by it) and the game folks were clearly very aware of the show as well. It was a match made in heaven.

Ankou's PzIV doesn't have the Schmalturm turret glued onto it... because that was a crazy plan to begin with.

Ankou's Panzer IV is the fully upgraded Panzer IV with turret Schurzen armor and L/48 gun. The Schmalturm Panzer IV is something else entirely

BTW, is it possible to get the fully upgraded Pz IV in WOT? If not, it'd be a great promo item.

Also, calling it now - custom ridiculously fast I-go as a T2 premium. Actually the I-Go seems inspired by the starter brit tank...

AFAIK none of the German tanks in WoT have schurzen.

Actually, the lastest gun on Anko's PanzerIV in anime is 75mm KwK 40 L/43
