I'll pass on the organs tbh. I find something about it unappealing, although I have eaten chicken liver before. I knew a friend who once ate goat balls. I bet that was gross.

tongue is not an organ, it's a muscle . Probably some of the choicest parts are things like tongue, tail, ears, hoofs-> specifically pig hocks. Also a note on organs, they tend to have distinct "flavor" for many people who like em, like people who like duran, except there are more people who like them. The key to these outer extremities is long cooking with a really flavor full broth to inject flavor into their initally tough texture.

Ok, I don't have a problem with any food unless its looks disgusting. My brain probably makes the food taste ugly after I see it. Though meat tastes cool for me.
