The first part dragged if you're not paying attention. Thank god for Kaiki. We saw hanekawa again...with dat hair. The pace is really good in my opinion. Six episodes is the right choice.

After last week's cliffhanger, this episode was a little weak

Episode felt a tad slow, with conversations dragging longer than usual. It wasn't a bad episode, mind you, but it felt lacking.

Still, it was nice to see Hanekawa again. And some Kaiki fanservice

Seems like they would really want to drag it on 2 episodes more
Even though I am a fan of Kaiki, I think 6 for Koi is too much, and 4 for Kabuki is too few.
SHAFT is quite bad with pacing this season.

At least they kept it interesting with the ever so changing backgrounds and settings.
Hanekawa looks so beautiful with the stripped hair. Looks nice in the snowy weather too.
Since it's snowing here where I live seeing the snow fall in this arc is nice. It's a connection.

Hanekawa's striped hair is back (guess it was too much of a pain to travel and dye it all the time, this is better anyway). Always liked how she is so disarming in conversation. Kaiki not realizing that the letter could have been slipped under the door and trying to cover his slip up in how usual sardonic way was quite funny.

I usually like that, but hated it this episode. It made it hard to read the subs, and started giving me a headache.

Tsubasa with her short "tiger" hair made her head look more round, yet her body looks more slimmer. What I liked the most is that she smiled a lot (and even had a "cat" smile once). I expect to see her again in another Monogatari story.

As for the snow, I lived eleven years in NYC and visited it several times in winter (last time was early March this year), and experienced snow personally, so I know what the characters are feeling in that cold. But I live in tropical Puerto Rico (we had 87 degrees yesterday), so I don't miss snow!

Kaiki is sexiness incarnate. He should totally become the new main character of the Monogatari series. I like Araragi but Kaiki is superior in every way. Oh wait, that would mean no more Shinobu... forget it.

By the way, after listening to their duet, I am sold to Kaiki x Hitagi ship
