Yey, the PROLOGUE part is finished. When will there be an epilogue part? 30 volumes after?

Reading the first 5 volumes I have dubbed the series for myself up to the end of Vol. 5 Chapter 2 the "EU Saga" which is composed of the "Butei Killer arc", "Jeanne arc", "Vlad arc", "Patra arc" and "Sherlock arc".

As soon as I got to volume 4 and it hit the climax I was convinced this is a series that's worth following to the end, so I shall do so.~

Looking forward to seeing volume 6 translated. Really curious to see what the deal with Reki is.~

Personally, I think volume 6 is the most interesting out of all HnA vols I have read. It provides a nice change from volume 1-5, battle-wise and character appearance-wise.

Spoiler for on what's gonna come, very slight spoiler:

a role of a sniper in the field is either to provide long range cover, breaking the enemy morale, and taking out top targets. Reki, can do ALL that without even freakin flinching as well as not even breaking a sweat when she's in position.

Spoiler for Reki:

Just wondering, do snipers take medicine to stabilize their hold of the rifle? I played Metal Gear and there was this pill, I think it was called Diazepam, an antidepressant(?) drug, that after using it makes it easier to use sniper rifles.

Pentazemin, it's proper name though is benzodiazepine. It's a drug that's used mostly used to prevent anxiety and relax the bodies' muscles.

However like any drug, overuse can be lethal. Some snipers have been known to be addicted to the stuff.

Reki's skill seems drug-free if you ask me though.

Oh, so it's the one that calms your body down?

Yeah, I don't think Reki would ever need that drug since I doubt she ever get upset.

Semi off topic, but loled at this:

The one you mentioned, diazepam, is a derivative of benzodiazepine. It pretty much has the exact same effects. So yeah.

The one in Metal Gear Solid though was called pentazemin. It's a fictional kind.

Nera, are you still compiling Kinji's battles?

I think the most epic one would be against Sherlock, with three AM: Infinite Bulletstorm, Ouka, and Tohyamatama.

what i CAN question about her is that how in the world can she reach 2km with a single SVD bullet. if im not wrong, the SVD can reach 800m+ without compensation on a windless day in a seasoned sniper's hands.

Nera, she doesnt have any add-ons attached aside from the normal scope, right?

aye, though with the re-start script in place, it shouldn't last more than 4 hours.

No.....I have never known snipers to take meds on mission as it may jepoardize alertness.

And to all those eager to know more about Reki.......

vol 6 shows why her headphones can be dubbed.....the Siren.....*shudders*

Vol 6 also features junior girls like Fuuma and Nakasorachi....both are awesome as well of course.

And yes....Reki with a bayonet can fend off an enraged Aria....That's why Reki is a sniper god....her skill level is such that it can extend the effective range of a bullet O____o

BARRETT. NAO.

well only the people who had active duty as snipers or DM/sharpshooters will probably tell us that.

the SVD with a bayonet is effectively a spear. makes sense...
Spoiler for history:

Yes...Chinese used axes in war...a lot. Many bronze axes uncovered from Zhan Guo period sites.

I know a bunch of Ranger warrant officers in my camp who do this kind of shit......they all aren't druggies. It's more mental fortitude than chemical assistance.

I thought intense training could do that? Oh well... What would happen if Reki were to carry an M14 DM or its variant the M21...

I have to say, translating HnA from Japanese is a lot more fun, but it's sooo time consuming.

Oh well.

I'll practice my Japanese by reading Mayo Chiki! or something.
