What the difference between two Acer laptop chargers with the same Output voltage but different output currents (eg. 19V 2.1A vs 19V 2.15A) and is it ok to use a 19V 2.15A charger on an Acer laptop that ordinarily use 19V 2.1A charger?

It is 100% O.K.
Voltage is the same. A superior current rating on a same voltage supply is always O.K.
