Hearing on how Hollywood fucked up Dragon Ball, it would be this...

And as if Hollywood fucking up with some of the well known video game franchises weren't bad enough as well...

I'm looking at you Doom and Super Mario Bros.

On a sidenote:

The "Oh, no!" at 1:23 in that video would be the one that best fits.

If that movie was done by a good directors like Del Toro,Spielberg,Peter Jackson,... then I'm might just only concern a little, but I think they will be good

If that movie was done by directors like Michael Bay(see how he literally fucked up Transformers) with those lame jokes, racist humors, then I will be like "meh"
Also heard that Del Toro is working on a live action HBO series of Monster Manga with doctor Who storywriter,I think it's going to be good series, but expected with a lot of fanservices like sex scenes(Most HBO series have these)

There is no fanservice like that in Monster, and Del Toro pledged to stick to the original as closely as possible. Not all made-for-HBO shows have sex scenes; The Newsroom is one example.

Newsroom has fanservice Sorkin dialogue though because Newsroom is trash.

But I mean as far as HBO Dramas go The Wire and Oz and The Sopranos and Carnivale are all amazing series which, while sometimes having very graphic sex and violence, never used it for fanservice but rather to further the plot.

Del Toro is the one dude I can trust with adapting really anything, and Monster is already plotted/paced like a primetime thriller anyway.

I'd like to see the live action version of Inital DxD.
And the anime version.

In live action adaptations, producers tend to remove all the humour in the original anime and we end up with a slow and boring series. That is why I am wary with adaptations.
But I agree with Kyuu, Great Teacher Onizuka live action was good. In fact, I enjoyed both the old and new adaptations.

I feel a lot of the asian live actions are geared toward a female audience unlike anime. Anyways, I probably wouldn't be too excited because I tend to lose interest in most of the live actions I've watched.

I figure that's because a whole lot of shojo/josei mangas get the live action treatment rather than an anime.

That doesn't mean that I'll watch whatever adaptation they make from an anime.

After what they did with Doom, Super Mario Bros. and Dragonball, I've had it with Hollywood's "twists" on the original concept.

I just remembered what Hollywood also fucked up.

Avatar: The Last Air Bender

I didn't watch it myself, but I read that it was down right atrocious. From both Fans and Critics.

Anime or not, way to go Hollywood...

Again.

Well, I guess this article basically sums up my opinions about Hollywood anime adaptions;
