he gets so annoyed bc jin jacks g10 and decides he hates him, in the end kazuki decides to forget the g10 thing and support jin 200% . this was one of the few horrible anime where i wanted the bad guys to win. kazuki was reason enough for it to possibly happen.

edit: im at ep 14 and i noticed a continuity error. im not sure if it was noted b4 but why is nanami in isda HQ in e14 just after she rejoined gillard and was shot?

I'm sorry to bring back this thread but,

this is an anime that has the entire SOS Brigade (Sugita, Hirano, Ono, Chihara, Goto) along with Celty Sturluson (Sawashiro), Light Yagami (Miyano) and Alucard (Nakata) voicing characters in this.

Even with a seiyuu cast like that, why the hell did GONZO fuck it all up?

Seriously, i'm expecting something better than this piece of shit if you're gonna have Tomokazu Sugita & Mamoru Miyano in it. it's no wonder your studio went down the crapper, GONZO.

Well I accidentally stumbled upon it and watched it as I am a fan of dragons.
The story is okay, it has a lot of twists which make it enjoyable. I kinda miss anime like that. The majority today tend to be so simple.
The animation could have been better, waay better as I know Gonzo made several high quality anime(FMP and Kiddy Grade).
I like how the characters develop during the story. It is pretty much a good anime, except the animation but, watching anime for the quality of it is like watching porn for the story of it.
Overall, it left a good impression on me. It will probably never gonna have a sequel but dragonaut - the rsonance, it got a little place in my heart for itself.

Watched this quite some time ago- I think, but am not sure, that this was during the time of GONZO deciding to go down the "less plot for more fanservice!" route (which one of my favorite series of all time was a victim of...). However, I found it overall very enjoyable as well- then again, I'm a sucker for a mostly happy ending (okay, so the ending wasn't perfect, but it worked for me)

Well it's interesting to see that some people enjoyed this series. I kind of put it down as the worst anime I've ever seen, so there's a different point of view.

By the end of this show I was hoping the world was going to end. These characters just didn't seem to deserve existence in my book . It was just so bad that I wanted to drop it, but almost felt like I'd suffered so much already that I might as well see how it all turned out.

Went in thinking "oh cool a dragon series, this might be good." To ".........."

This show was literally panties on the head retarded. The only thing it had going for it was a few curvy female designs.

well about the fanservice part i can argue since high school dxd has like 1million times more of it.
True there were some curvy women in the series but it was not service heavy the anime, it was really Gonzo-like (limited fanservice.
The series had some interesting moments in it but thinking back and I think you will give a point to me here: we are judging a 7-year old anime with our today's experience so we are a bit harsher than if we were writing these posts at the time of the airing.

Some think it was bad....I also think it was not the best of its time, but if it had better animation and some retouch-ings in the plot at some places it could have been a high quality one.

Maybe I'm just a bit subjective about it since I also yearn not to be alone anymore, to be loved, but that is another matter. Maybe this is why the series appealed to me so much.

Actually these were pretty much my exact thoughts when it came out. This isn't a case of time making it look worse than it was, it was this bad when it came out. Actually think I might have hated the show even more when it was coming out.

It's good that some people found something salvageable about this show. But I think the only way to make it a good series would be to change 99% of it.

you know what they say; even the worst of the worst have something good in them. it might be minuscule but if it can get through then it is a win....

wow i was using prince of persia(movie) as reference.....

sometimes u have to keep an open mind and discover hidden treasures along the way....
actually many of the anime I watched so far were just accidentally found, and I will probably watch more like this along the way....
You are right about your part also(changing the series, like 99%) but then again your changes might have slipped the show under my radar, and I would have never found it.

Well short note to the end, before I go to sleep: This series definitely made it on my portable hard-drive, next to my other saved good animes. (Dang I will need another one soon, it's almost full)
