Still looked quite impressive when The MOVIE 1st debuted on the theaters alongside big hitters like Unlimited Blade Works and Yu-Gi-Oh! 10th Anniversary: Bonds Beyond time.

I think they changed Fate's appearance in general to be closer to the anime.

Don't get why they're showing her upgraded BJ version before she actually gets the upgrade. Hope they're not trying to pull a fast one, and she starts out that way in the movie.

*facepalms* Okay, so I can see the metal zipper thing from adult!Fate's Sonic Form on there... but the skirt's back to its original anime position, but she still doesn't have the tabard to cover her groin. So now it's even more of a swimsuit.

And they added the boots and gauntlet, which were expected. But still...

Well she was wearing a thong in the original season, so it's a step up in terms of modesty, I think.

And what zipper thing.

In the movie they fixed it, but Fate was wearing something akin to a thong in the first season. Otherwise, I wouldn't have seen so much flesh whenever she did her flips.



They've got a long way to go if they don't have any other character to show yet.

Not exactly, in fact, the Wolkies have very few changes aside of thre art style...

Spoiler for Signum, Vita, Hayate...:

Signum have a few extra armor pieces in the booths and arm-plates, Vita and Hayate are almost the same(curiously Signum's height looks a again like the one of A's which is a bit shorter than her StrikerS/Force design).

Spoiler for ...Reinforce, Shamal and Zafira:

Agains, there's very few changes aside from their faces and proportions, Shamal's boot look a bit different but everything else is almost the same.

To be fair i'm in part glad for this, i loved the Wolkenritter costumes so i think there's unecessary to alter their costumes that much. Now this images doesn't include art of the Armed Devices and i'm pretty anxious about how Laevateinn and Graf Eisen will look.

You're right, her skirt is different from the one she used in the series, the tights and sweater are almost the same, tough.

No it's not, the outfit is identical to her wheelchair outfit in A's. She usually just had a blanket over her legs while in the wheelchair.

But man I don't even think I can tell those character profiles are related to the A's movie. Kinda wish they did that with Nanoha and Fate since the BJs were already so good. Improved animation is all I needed...
