First I'll give a quick overview of play styles/abilities:
We'll start with the Nagno finals:
Replace Kiyosumi:
Senriyama vs Tsuruga vs Kazekoshi vs Ryuumonbuchi
Toki vs Jun vs Mutsuki vs Mihoko
This match I see Mutsuki being the one who loses. Now with the other 3 I see Jun able to block a few of Mihoko and Toki's attack. With Toki and her ippastu wins, I see Mihoko deliberately allowing Jun to call her tiles to invalidate it. Jun's calls would get a few wins from her changing the flow, however her calls will make it able for Toki to hit her more easily. But here I see Toki aiming at Mihoko, however because of Mihoko's ability I see being able to come over a few of Toki's foresight. With all this I see Mihoko getting the lead.
Izumi vs Tomoki vs vs Kaori vs Miharu
I see Miharu being able to keep the lead that Mihoko gets. Tomoki should be able to get a few hits on Izumi, because of Izumi's lacking in defense. If Kaori still has er beginners luck, she would logically screw everyone over. If Kaori is now just a normal player, she would be able to give Izumi some trouble, but otherwise this match is strictly Tomoki having to deal with Miharu's decent defense, which means Miharu would most likely stay on top with Tomoki coming behind her.
Sera vs Hajime vs Kanbara vs Bondou
In this I see Sera able to get quite a few points, however Hajime should be able get a few points and possibly take over Bondou. But seeing as this match Bondou doesn't have deal with any draw manipulations she should be able to get a few winds, however seeing as Sera and Hajime are more skilled she would most likely end up being in 3rd, but with this Kanbara may be able to over take Bondou, because of Hajime and Sera constantly winning at different times. So with this I see Hajime gaining the lead with Sera following behind her, however Bondou and Kanbara should be able to keep the scores relatively close
Hiroko vs Touka vs Sumiyo vs Momo
This match is really hard to figure out now if Touka was to enter her cold state she would be able to win straight up. But this match I don't see Touka being able enter it. Now for the match itself Touka should be logically able to keep her lead, remember her digital style wouldn't really have any exploitable discards. Unfortunately seeing as all Touka, Sumiyo and Momo all have flexible styles Hiroko isn't going to be able to exploit them like she did with Seiko. Also by the south round I see Momo being able to get into second because of her stealth mode. Hiroko should be able to keep 3rd but Sumiyo shouldn't have that huge of a point gap. The reason for Touka being in first is simply because Nodoka isn't present she would be able get the most wins in the first round.
Ryuuka vs Koromo vs Yumi vs Kana
Koromo is clearly the winner here, with her board control she should logically be able to get the big hands she would require However with Ryuuka seeing hr foresight is limited and won't always get a high scoring hand, and if she does I see Kana being able to logically get the points taken away from her. Now on Yumi, she should logically be able to get points away from the other players. With all this Koromo should still be the one who comes out on top, with Kana following behind and Yumi and Ryuuka having a level score with either one being third.
So with all this the rankings should be:
Ryuumonbuchi as the winners, Kazekoshi following behind in second, 3rd possibly going to Senriyama and 4th to Tsuruga. However it is possible that Senriyama and Tsuruga could swamp places.
Replace Tsuruga
Senriyama vs Kiyosumi vs Ryuumonchi vs Kazekoshi
Toki vs Jun vs Mihoko vs Yuuki
Toki would most likely come 3rd here, because Yuuki's board control during the east round is on par with Satoha's. So Yuuki would most likely take the lead with Mihoko being the one to cause her trouble. While Jun's calls would be able to stop Toki, Yuuki and Mihoko from winning sometimes, but this match would mainly have Mihoko and Yuuki fighting for dominance, with Jun slowing them down, and Toki being able to hit Jun mostly. The match should have Mihoko winning with Yuuki following closely behind her. Jun would end up below Toki but their scores should stay close.
Izumi vs Mako vs Tomoki vs Miharu
Izumi will lose this one, due not having enough experience to be able to deal with these 3. Miharu should be able to keep the lead with her defense, but Mako would be right behind her, and could possibly overtake her. Tomoki should be able to secure herself 3rd place. But I don't see Izumi being able to do anything against these 3.
Sera vs Hisa vs Hajime vs Bondou
This match would have Sera being able to gain points, however I see accidentally playing a few times into Hisa's bad waits, seeing as she uses a logical big hand style. If Bondou is in the lead I see her losing it due to Hajime, Hisa and Sera having more experience, but I think she should be able avoid being hit with to many rons. Hajime should be able to secure second place in this match seeing as she should be able to stop Hisa and Sera winning a few times. In this Hisa should be able to widen the lead Kiyosumi has, with Hajime securing second, while Sera may be able to get 3rd, but Bondou should be able to stop the point gap from 3rd being to large
Hiroko vs Nodoka vs Touka vs Sumiyo
This match is going to be Nodoka and Touka fighting for the lead, while Hiroko and Sumiyo watch. This is because there won't be anything for Hiroko to exploit seeing as all 3 use logical and flexible styles. So this match should have Touka and Nodoka having a fight for the most points, but Nodoka should come out on top due to her Noddocci mode, but Touka should be right behind her, Hiroko and Sumiyo either one can be in 3rd or 4th.
Ryuuka vs Saki vs Koromo vs Kana
This match will become Saki vs Koromo, seeing as Saki will probably be able to Ryuuka's foresight, and Kana even with her being able to build expensive hands will not be able to keep Saki and Korom's rampages at bay. Ryuuka as a regular player will possibly be able to get a few winning hands, but still Koromo and Saki fighting for control of the board will keep her bay. The winner here should be Saki, seeing as Yumi's isn't here to scare her, Saki should be able to keep most of the control of the board, of course Koromo will be behind her. While again Ryuuka and Kana can be 3rd or 4th.
So the winner here is Kiyosumi with Ryuumonbuchi following behind them, and Kazekoshi maybe just beating out Senriyama.
Replace Kazekoshi
Senriyama vs Kiyosumi vs Tsuruga vs Ryuumonbuchi
Toki vs Yuuki vs Mutsuki vs Jun
This match would mostly be Toki trying to slow Yuuki and possibly giving Jun tiles to call, but Yuuki should still be able to gain a lot of points since calls don't disrupt her control. And even if Toki is aiming at her, Yuuki should be able to complete her hands before Toki can hit her. And again Mutsuki would just be there to be a seat filler, and would mainly get hit by the other 3. This should have Yuuki be at the top with Toki behind her and Jun in 3rd, with Mutsuki trailing in 4th.
Izumi vs Mako vs Kaori vs Tomoki
Here Mako should be able to keep the lead her being able to read the discards. With Tomoki being able to get second place. Izumi's bad defense should cause to drop 3rd, however Kaori has beginner's luck it may cause to screw the Tomoki and Mako over, meaning that they could possibly lose their placements. Otherwise Mako should place 1st and Tomoki securing 2nd. With Izumi falling to 3rd, while Kaori will end up with the lowest score.
Sera vs Hisa vs Kanbara vs Hajime
Here Hisa will be able to increase her lead, by tricking some to play into her hands. Sera should be able to level her score to be near but Hajime should be able to keep second. With this Kanbara possibly may be able to win a few hands, but most likely she'll be able keep most of her points, because of the other 3 aiming for each other. Meaning this would turn out with Hisa in the lead, Hajime following and Sera being close behind her, and Kanbara following behind them.
Hiroko vs Nodoka vs Momo vs Touka
This match is one where I see it being very likely Touka for Touka to enter her cold state, due to Momo's stealth mode, Hiroko possibly being t able to get good analysis on the other 3 and play around their styles, and Nodoka's Nodocci mode, meaning Touka would be able to take away the lead from Nodoka, but also Momo's stealth mode would stop Touka from being able ot bust her. So the match would have Touka in the lead with Nodoka behind her and Momo should be able to catch up to the other 3 and even out the scores a bit, of course she won't be able to avoid Nodoka, but if Momo is just aiming for Touka and Hiroko she should be fine. And Hiroko's placement should stay relatively the same, but have a score that is only a bit more then Momo's.
Ryuuka vs Saki vs Yumi vs Koromo
Again this match becomes Saki vs Koromo, but with Yumi here, its possible that she may scare Saki at the start again, which would allow Koromo to get control of the board. But if Saki does keep control Ryuuka's foresight would be useless, which would allow Yumi to possibly get a few hits on Ryuuka and take 3rd. This match should end with Saki in the lead as long as she keeps her confidence, with Koromo behind her, and Yumi in 3rd and Ryuuka in 4th.
So the winners here again is Kiyosumi, with Ryuumonbuchi behind them and Tsuruga in 3rd and Senriyama in 4th.
Now replace Ryuumonbuchi
Senriyama vs Kiyosumi vs Tsuruga vs Kazekoshi
Toki vs Yuuki vs Mutuski vs Mihoko
Here Toki should moslty be focusing and trying to stop Mihoko and Yuuki from winning by aiming at Mutsuki, but seeing as Yuuki is able to control in the board in the east round, Yuuki should be able to get a good number of points before Toki and Mihoko stop her control. After Yuuki's dominance has stopped Mihoko should be able to take the lead from Yuuki, but Yuuki should be able to keep second, so Toki would be in 3rd, while Mutsuki ends up in last.
Izumu vs Maki vs Kaori vs Miharu
Miharu would probably just be able to keep the lead, with Mako managing to get the gap to be small. Of course Izumi should keep 3rd, unless Kaori gets lucky again she should screw Izumi out of 3rd place.
Sera vs Hisa vs Kanabara vs Bondou
In this round Hisa should be able to get the lead and keep it by exploiting the fears of how she wins. While Sera should be able to get into second, but Bondou will probably be able to keep a good close score to Sera, seeing as she shouldn't be fooled by Hisa to much. And Kanbara will possibly be able to get few hits on Bondou and bring her score closer to the other 3. So the match should turn out with Hisa on top, Sera behind her and Boundou and Kanabara right behind Sera.
Hiroko vs Nodoka vs Momo vs Sumiyo
Here Nodoka should be able to increase her lead, while Momo will most likely be able to bring herself up to second. Again Hiroko doesn't really have anything to exploit here, so she would really only be able to hit Sumiyo, due to her just being weaker then the other 3. This match should have Nodoka in the lead and Momo behind her, while Hiroko and Sumiyo will have about level scores.
Ryuuka vs Saki vs Yumi vs Kana
This match will clearly have Saki as the winner because of her board control. Again Saki should be able to overide Ryuuka's foresight, meaning Ryuuka would probaly be stuck in last, because of Kana being able to build strong hands, as long as she keeps looking forward, while Yumi constantly using strategy to hit Saki and Kana. This match should end with Saki in the lead, with Kana in second and Yumi getting 3rd and Ryuuka being 4th.
This match should end with Kiyosumi winning, Kazekoshi in second, Tsuruga in 3rd and Senriyama placing last.
Now for placing Senriyama in the side b quarter-finals:
Replace Kiyosumi
Seriyama vs Eisui vs Himematsu vs Miyamori
Toki vs Jindai vs Suzu vs Shiromi
This should have Jindai taking the lead, seeing as she should be able to stop Toki from being able to stop with her foresight, as long as Jindai gets a good goddess. Otherwise it will mist likely be Toki aiming at Suzu to keep Shiromi and Jindai in check. Also Shiromi should be able to secure second place, while Jindai takes first, and Toki would end up with 3rd while Suzu would pretty much be the punching bag for these 3.
Izumi vs Tomoe vs Yuuko vs Aislinn
Here Izumi will most likely lose her 3rd place, while Aislinn should possibly get a solid lead for keeping second and Tomoe should be able to stay in the lead. Yuuko should hopefully be able to get 3rd and be only a little behind Aislinn.
Sera vs Haru vs Hiroe vs Kurumi
Hiroe's traps will most likely allow her to get to first, also with Sera going for save big hands she will probably cause her to play into Hiroe's hands a few times. Also I see Kurumi and Haru working together to stop Sera from being able to pull of her big hands. Of course with Kurumi's silent hands she should be able to keep her second place. While with Haru's cheap hands will lose her lead, but her stopping Sera's bigger hands, should allow for the gap between Hiroe and Kurumi to not be to large. So because of this, the matches out come will most likely be Hiroe in the lead Kurumi behind her, and Haru keeping up closely behind her, while Sera will be stuck in last due to Haru and Kurumi deliberately sealing her.
Hiroko vs Hatsumi vs Kinue vs Sae
Here Sae will be busy keeping Hatsumi sealed, so I can see her being able to take the lead from Kinue, but Kinue will not end up being exploited by Hiroko, so she should be able to keep her second place. So this match will most likely end with Sae in the lead, and Kinue being i second and Hatsumi falling to 3rd, with Hiroko stuck in 4th.
Ryuuka vs Kasumi vs Kyouko vs Toyone
Here Toyone should be able keep her lead, and increase, while after Ryuuka uses her foresight, Kasumi will most likely start playing with her attack style allowing her to take second from Kyouko. Even with Kyouko's 3 player mahjong specialty, Toyone and Kasumi will end up taking 3rd and 4th, because of them both having abilities that skew the draws in their favor.
So with this Miyamori and Eisui will place first and second wile Himematsu and Senriyama end up in 3rd and 4th.
Replace Himematsu
Senriyama vs Eisui vs Kiyosumi vs Miyamori
Toki vs Jindai vs Yuuki vs Shiromi
This match will most likely have Toki trying to hit the other 3 and succeeding a few times, but even with her managing to hit them, they should all be able to get more points then Toki. It should result with Jindai in the lead, Yuuki in second and Shiromi following behind and Toki stuck in last.
Izumi vs Tomoe vs Mako vs Aislinn
Here Mako will most likely be able to take the lead, she'll also probably drop Aislinn to third. While Tomoe should be able to keep second, with Izumi falling quite a bit behind them in last.
Sera vs Haru vs Hisa vs Kurumi
Here Hisa should be able to just keep the lead, even with Haru using cheap hands to stop her. Kurumi should also be able to keep second seeing as her silent hands will help her from playing into others. Sera would most likely only be able to close the gap between her and Haru, but only because Haru's style is to use cheap hands, but Haru will most likely stop Sera quite a few times. So Hisa should be able to keep the lead, and Kurumi should be able to close the gap between them a bit. Sera should be able to close the gap between her Haru a bit, but Haru should be able to keep her 3rd place.
Hiroko vs Hatsumi vs Nodoka vs Sae
Here Sae will be busy keeping Hatsumi sealed, because of Nodoka not believing Hatsumi skewing with wind tiles draws. While Hiroko will be stuck between these 3, since Nodoka and Sae have flexible styles, and witth Hatsumi sealed up by Sae, Sae will be aiming at her. So Hiroko will be in last while Nodoka and Sae could end up swamping places. Now if Hatsumi is in the north seat when Nodoka is dealer, Sae will most likely not seal Hatsumi, so Hatsumi will be able to close the gap between her and Nodoka and Sae. If this happens Sae will be in the lead and Nodoka in second, with Hatsumi following behind them. While Hiroko will be stuck in last.
Ryuuka vs Kasumi vs Saki vs Toyone
Here Saki should be able to win here. Ryuuka will again be stuck in last, since Saki should be able override her foresight, just like Teru did with Toki's. Now Kasumi will most likely have to use her aggresive style to get into second, however Toyone will be using her abilities to try and keep second. So the out come here is that Saki will win, while either Toyone or Kasumi in 2nd or 3rd, while Ryuuka will be stuck in last.
So this match should be Kiyosumi in the lead and Senriyama in last. While Miyamori or Eisui will be in 2nd or 3rd.
Replace Eisui:
Senriyama vs Kiyosumi vs Miyamori vs Himematsu
Toki vs Yuuki vs Shiromi vs Suzu
Here Toki would most likely have to aim for Suzu, since Shiromi and Yuuki should be able to rack up quite a few points, I see Shiromi and Yuuki getting first and second, while Toki will keep 3rd and Suzu back in last.
Izumi vs Mako vs Aislinn vs Yuuko
Here Izumi will lose her 3rd place, while Aislinn will fall to 3rd, with Mako getting a good lead in first and Yuuko getting into second, due to being better then Izumi and not having a ability that Mako can screw over.
Sera vs Hisa vs Kurumi vs Hiroe
I don't see Hisa losing the lead here, however Hiroe will most likely be able to keep 2nd, while Kurumi is able to close the gap. And Sera should be able to get back the points Izumi lost, and not be that far behind Kurumi.
Hiroko vs Nodoka vs Sae vs Kinue
Now here Sae will most likely try and seal Nodoka, but it might not work. Otherwise since Nodoka, Sae and Kinue have flexible styles, I don't see Hiroko being able to overtake any of them. The outcome here should be Kinue keeping second, with the gap between Nodoka being closed, while Sae should make the gap between 3rd, 2nd and 1st smaller, and Hiroko will be stuck in last.
Ryuuka vs Saki vs Toyone vs Kyouko
Here I see Saki being able to win, but Kyouko will possibly be able to slow her table control, seeing as Kyouko will use any good winning hand she can. While seeing as Toyone's has abilities I see her being able to get second and keep Kyouko from taking second from her. While Ryuuka maybe able to get a few wins with her foresight, but it shouldn't be enough to overtake Saki and Toyone.
So the matches outcome should be Kiyosumi, Miyamori, Himemastu then Senriyama.
Replace Miyamori
Senriyama vs Kiyosumi vs Eisui vs Himematsu
Toki vs Yuuki vs Jindai vs Suzu
This match would mostly become Yuuki and Jindai fighting for control in the first half, with Toki aiming at Suzu. So the match should be Yuuki get a good lead in the east round, and Jindai taking the lead in the south round So this should end with Jinadi in the lead, Yuuki following closely behind, and Toki staying in 3rd, while Suzu will be in last, her explosive wins will most likely be stopped by Toki.
Izumi vs Mako vs Tomoe vs Yuuko
Here Mako should be able to Take away the lead from Tomoe, due mainly to Mako knowing when hands are coming together. While Yuuko should be able to get a good amount of points, so that she's right behind Tomoe in points, since she was able to get points against Mako. With all this Mako should take the lead, with Yuuko coming up behind her, because of the 3rd year tenpai bonus. And Tomoe should be able to keep the point gap from 2nd and 3rd to not be to big. As for Izumi, seeing as she doesn't seem to fair well with fast hands she will most likely fall to last place.
Sera vs Hisa vs Haru vs Hiroe
Here Sera will be able to build up points, but Hisa and Hiroe won't lose 1st and 2nd since they both use hands that are not logical big hands. And Haru should be able to stop them a few times, but since they would have the 3rd year tenpai bonus she wouldn't be able to stop them that often. So the outcome should be Hisa and Hiroe both still in first and second, with gap between it being smaller, and Sera possibly overtaking Haru, but the gap shouldn't to huge between 3rd and 4th.
Hiroko vs Nodoka vs Hatsumi vs Kinue
Now here, since Sae isn't here Hatsumi has to chance to get a possible 4 yakuman hands, and Hiroko won't necessarily be able to stop her since Hatsumi skews her draws to have wind tiles come to her, while also taking into account Nodoka not being able to see what's going on at the table, will lead to her giving Hatsumi wind tiles to call. While Kinue should be able to stop to many points from being taken from her, Hatsumi should screw all 3 of the other players over. The results here should be Hatsumi on the top, with Nodoka or Kinue in 2nd or 3rd, while Hiroko will be stuck in last.
Ryuuka vs Saki vs Kasumi vs Kyouko
Now here since all Kasumi has to only play defensively here she should be able shut out the others from winning a few times here, while Saki will have to use her board control ti get into first, which should cause Ryuuka to be unable to use her foresight. This should also cause trouble for Kyouko, since she will have to deal with Saki's board control and Kasumi being able to play defensively. So this match should end with either Saki or Kasumi in 1st or 2nd, and Kyouko in 3rd, while Ryuuka places last.
So this match will end with either Kiyosumi or Eisui in 1st or 2nd, and Himematsu in 3rd and Senriyama in last.
There done a 4 way analysis of Senriyama against the teams in the main Saki manga, I'll do the rest some other time.
