The girl is just the mascot for this section of the magazine. Designed by Minzazuki Tooru, who did the original character designs for 'To Heart'. He's a freelancer and has illustrated for Kannagi's ED, which can explain why the character looks a little bit like a K-On character.

Sharing an obscure Gundam Wing sidestory. This is Tiel's Impulse. No idea what's really going on here but here's the summary:

Tiel's Impulse is sidestory to the Gundam Wing universe that takes place in January of AC196. It is a short comic series that tells the story of a civilian girl, Tiel, who is searching for her brother, an OZ pilot who disappeared during the testing of ZERO System 2.0. She and her friends break into a Romefeller manufacturing facility in order to steal mobile suits to aid them on their search. This one-issue comic was included in Jitsugyo no Nihon sha "New Mobile Report Gundam W Endless Waltz Saikyo Playing Book," released in 1998.

You could've easily seen the Gundams in MAHQ's mecha section.

Also, note that the Zero System 2.5 isn't as great as the first version. Zero System 2.0, instead of urging the pilot to the paths presented to him, actually forces them to follow those paths. 2.5 doesn't do this, but on the other hand, it will take over the Wing Gundam Seraphim itself if it feels it is necessary, not unlike the Destroy Mode on the Unicorn.

Well...I have'nt dwell on MAHQ for a long time.

That means this Zero System 2.5 is very similar to ALICE on S Gundam?? So the 1st version that Heero use was the best one.

It may be the best version there is but it is still the most complex.

Arguably, version 2.5 is the "safest" as it doesn't inflict the visions or possible paths. Just that the fact that it takes over the Gundam could cause something the pilot wouldn't want to do, like accientally kill someone or something along those lines.
