What is going to happen to the No Head Dragon!?
End up the same like Blanche!?
And that counselor looked like she was almost about to kiss Tatsuya, that was rather adorable!?

Miyuki is denying she is a siscon in front of other people, I think.

There is that one part where everyone praised Tatsuya, somewhere around "Congratulation Miyuki", I'm rather overthinking at that part because it seemed to me that Leonhart and Mikihiko is not getting any credit, I'm too used to seeing Tatsuya "complimented by others too much".
What is wrong with me?

Nice episode. I'm really looking forward to the reaction of those idiots who think they have won the match before it even started.

I don't really care about the shipping's in Mahouka. Tatsuya is just badass and fun to watch how he owns everyone. Main characters in anime like him are very rare.

But his psion waves were incapable of knocking out his opponents. didn't you see it? the guy clearly got back up after being hit by Tats. they also gave the reason why it was so weak (he's using a weak cad). in their eyes Gram Demolition is the only Magic Tatsuya has shown that could be problematic to Masaki, as everything else will be far to weak to effect him, if Tatsuya couldn't take out the cannon fodder in the previous matches lol. I mean did you see Ichijo's armor of interference? that was freaking sweet.

I do kind of wonder if Tatsuya will go all out or try just hard enough to not be questioned by the Student Council about whether he was actually trying or not. I really don't see him caring that much about whether they win or not, from a school pride standpoint compared to his personal pride and goals.

It was just normal congratulations to a family member of a key player of a winning team. If Leo's theoretical sister was there instead of Miyuki they would have been congratulating her that Leo won.

Best episode ever!

Seriously speaking, I've been waiting for this particular episode since forever. I mean sure, we got a glimpse of the two's familiarity back during the dinner party, but it's this particular scene that instantly made ErikaXMiki my OTP (sure TatsuyaXMiyuki acts more osananajimi-like, but they are blood related after all XD).

But, beside Erika being a bro-con, to think she is a kind of character who cares about her big brother's position as far as being blunt to Mari.
"Abandoning work just to see Mari's condition."?
Did not Erika already used her family's name to get into the banquet working with the maid dress on?
That is more illegal compared to what his big brother did just see Mari's well being.

No, his psion waves didn't knock out his opponent. That is a significant and very important distinction from being incapable of doing so. We already know that he actually is capable of knocking out people with that attack: he did so at the end of episode 2.

Sure, and it is apparently specialized for the loop casting that allowed him to do that trick. However, from what little I got out of their descriptions, I would think that if the CAD was an obstacle to him pulling off that attack, it would be a case of "all or nothing." The CAD is either capable of making the attack work, or it's not, and if it is it will work however effectively Tatsuya wants it to. If the CAD can't handle the loop casting then the attack won't work at all, and if it can handle it then the attack should be completely effective.

That's my read on the situation, anyway.

But Monolith Code, it reminds me of the first person game Counter Strike.
Not exactly the same, but it is like defusing each others time bombs.
It seems fun, especially each player's specs are all different.

Please for the love of God let the next episode actually live up to expectations, especially with all the buildup leading to the eventual clash between First/Third High.

All in all...I'm surprised we actually got a decent episode this week. Georgie boy needs to lay off on all the proclamations of victory there. Doesn't he know that's a death flag in most situations? Just goes to show being smart does not mean one is genre savvy! Also anyone else found it ridiculously convenient how Tatsuya's little side project and toy became Leo's only form of attacking in a no-contact Monolith Code?

and I like the new OP.

Mostly watching for the OP and side characters. I like Miyuki and Tatsuya and all, but at the same time they bore me since you know how everything will turn out and they never seem to face a challenge. Sure he's got interesting backstories and seems nice enough but otherwise nothing really excites me about him.

Really, it makes me wonder if Miyuki going to treat Tatsuya like how Erika's unusual attitude when Tatsuya makes a girlfriend.

Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei, a series where each characters have their own family problems.
I do not know about Mizuki though.
