Unfortunately, it's a bit too tall and a bit too big in the bytes area. From the rules:

What you could do, is crop it down a little bit. Maybe focus on her face. Something like this:

Not having her feet isn't too bad.

the img have white dot surrounding the cg.you tranparent the white background did you?(which is usually count as a unprofessional).
however,i guess is feel ok(i personally just not like the cg very much.)

PS: it might be an idea to have some"words" on it to keep someone thinking.MAYBE...maybe not^^

XD eh it was my first banner i would ask for a banner from someone but i can't find any pic of this Buttercup version well i didn't make the BG a friend did XD all i did was color it
