I was talking about the Hinata in the main storyline, not the AU Hinata.

We already got some confirmations on the character changes from sources like SJ and the official movie twitter account.

Genjutsu Hinata: Aggressive with total confidence in her body.
Genjutsu Sasuke: Playboy and flirt.
Genjutsu Ino: Described almost as a shrine nun.
Genjutsu Shikamaru: Doesn't think and extremely carefree and happy. Never serious. Likes girls.
Genjutsu Choji: Very serious. Doesn't eat as much.
Genjutsu Kiba: Total goof ball. Imagine a Naruto who doesn't care about fighting.
Genjutsu Tenten: Clumsy and inaccurate with her weapons. Ditzy.
Genjutsu Neji: Somewhat vicious. A little mean spirited and creepy.
Genjustu Maito Guy: Lacks any energy. Content with slow life.
Genjutsu Kakashi: Hot blooded and energetic. Looking for a challenge.

We haven't got anything on either Rock Lee, Sai, or Shino. There is a drawing of Sai with a french beret and looking more sexually questionable than usual.

Looks like not much changed for him then, lol. Byakugan's upgraded power finally revealed! Immunity to Infinite Tsukoyomi! Hinata just didn't turn her Byakugan on when Tobi cast it.

Sadly Gaara, Temari, and Kankuro are not in the movie.

There are two AUs. The first one is the normal world where the story is only changed slightly. The characters are all the same as in the current manga, but events with the Akatsuki happened much differently. They attack Konoha all at once. For instance, in the trailer we see Hidan fighting Team Gai and not Team 10. They fight a different Akatsuki. The other AU is the genjutsu world created by Tobi where everything is different and Naruto's parents lived.

BTW, people are starting to believe that Hinata in the genjutsu world hates Naruto. So no NaruHina there. Since she is her opposite. And the real Hinata loves Naruto. Just like the real Sasuke hates Sakura, but the fake stupid looking Sasuke wants in her pants in the genjutsu world.

Here is clumsy Tenten(she gets cut a lot by her own weapons) and mean creepy Neji who looks like a pedo.
