I think I'm starting to get the hang of the KV-1S. The most exiting part was at the Malinovka hilltop, the rest is sort of meh.

Nice Pen. Love Lucky Star, how Kona-chan made Kagami cosplay as a default as Hatsune Miku in the OVA.

I hate those German heavies, sure you can kill them pretty easy if let you flank them from behind, but I doubt their alot of stupid German Maus or E100 players that will let you flank and free shot them.

I've learned one thing yesterday, that was never go pure gold. For the first time in my life, Gold rounds has made me loose profits rather than gain, although it might result in a win, its still didn't give me any profits. Kinda pissed off how the T34 heavy has the same gun as the M103 and or T110s.

BTW Pen do you buy those skins after you add mod to them? I still don't get how it works. I want to change the skins and crew looks.

After some horrendous battle with the IS-3, finally I got the hang on this baby.

Ammoracked a Tiger, bounced all the shells that an IS & KV-5 where shooting at me (still the KV-5 managed to pen me 3 times), and finally bounced a shot from an AC 48 that I was sure it was going to kill me, all in the same battle. The result: Steel wall with 18 shots recieved, sadly no mastery badge even if I got max xp.

There is a real art to knowing when to load or get ready to load gold, and also when to switch back to AP.

you know Q, there are alot of players, also in our clan that don't face front opponents. I always facepalm calling them idiots, you want to die that badly. well i will only think that if they can do it, if they can't i would have second thoughts. call me the Simon (Former American Idol Judge) version of WoT.

anyways i'm always laughing at my enemies that don't front face me when i'm shooting them in the sides.

well i agree to that if your facing the E75 E100 and Maus, but I can front face most German tanks on the T29 or SP and still manage.

only have trouble penning the Ferdi and Jdtiger, those Tigers and VKs are easy to kill for me when i have my front face to them.

nah, while having the same avg dmg, T34 gun have 248 pen while M103 have 268.

Löwe, while not having much armor, it have good slope that can troll bounce many shells, the turret front also thick.

Their slope armor is kinda annoying along with thick turret.

but it have massive weakpoint on lower part of frontal armor. i can easily penetrate it with T7

Well, with the IS series especially. You don't have a choice, you will need to face your opponents because they can pen you anywhere but the front. A tier 5 can sneak behind you and pretty much make fun of your rear-end because its paper thin (how I killed an IS-7 with a Chaffee... you can imagine the latter's frustration). In addition, IS tanks are angle-proof, meaning you cannot angle its hull armor worth a damn.

The only thing I can ever do with an IS is to face my opponents directly (sometimes covering lower plate or exposing only the turret) and hope the shells bounce, which most of the time, they do. Despite their common bad depression, the IS series are rarely obvious targets due to their small stature.

Nobody said the IS series are invincible, but your frontal hull is pretty much your only option to stay alive in a prolonged firefight.
