Mossad is a terrible organization to emulate. The GRU and Unit 61398 (or whatever it's called) would be far better choices.

However, I'd be skeptical if Sankakucomplex said that water was wet - do you have any better sources?

For over a half-century, office workers from companies across Japan have gathered each year to battle it out for the title of Japan’s best phone answerer.

Some experts explicitly tell women to speak in a higher voice than usual to sound feminine and energetic. “Think of the musical scale — do, re, mi, fa — and imagine speaking in fa,” says Akiko Mizuki, a business manner expert on AllAbout.com.

Mika Otani trained six months for the competition by writing out sample answers and practicing in front of a mirror to make sure she was properly opening up her larynx and articulating. But Ms. Otani, 26, does not plan to simply follow tradition. She considers herself a modern woman and shuns the high-pitched voice. As more women have taken on professional positions in recent years, she said, there has been a backlash against overly squeaky voices.

Yes, over entirely worthless piece of rock.

Unlike the rock near Taiwan in dispute with China which actually is a key location for undersea resources, the one between Japan and Korean peninsula is pretty much just a rock.

There were some laws regulating ownership by foreign entity/individual pre-WW2, but it was not being practiced after the War.
However, due to concerns of Chinese purchases of Japanese lands, the law is starting to be discussed again.
The law isn't usable in it original form as it was an imperial military law that could seize foreign owned Japanese lands, but since that governing body no longer exist..
