As for Nino, maybe the reason she instantly fell in love was because she is indeed the childhood friend. But she forgot the details of the event and only the feelings remained. You know, like that movie [Kimi no Na wa]

sorry I confused Itsuki with Nino in chapter 14

but I still think Nino isn't his childhood friend.

Well, it's not like there was a harem anyway. Just think about it as if MC got himself five girls, but one of them is a true heroine.

On a side note, I really like this manga but honestly I can't stop thnking about Nisekoi when I read this. Harem ending would be the best, too many good girls.
