No. I already read all the 7 vol. I just forgot about about her name. So anyway who was that girl that is catching fish and Who is Chloe? Why does she look like Laura? I know I'm being lazy, can someone answer my question?

"Chloe" (Assuming that's not her real name) is supposedly Tabane's daughter. The volume apparently reveals that she's some kind of Bio-synthetic IS and that she was made in a similar way to Laura, given that Chifuyu called them 'sisters'.

Now, how a Bio-IS works at all, I don't know. I'm guess Shepard's choice for the green explosion and SPAAACEEE MAAAAGIIIIIC! has something to do with it. Though she seems to be lacking the green circuit skin.

Is probably a project by Phantom Task to create someone with such power to use but she rebeled against them. Ichika and Madoka are probably attempts at recreating the project used.

Ichika was probably a failed attempt to recreate the project that succeeded with Chifuyu while Madoka is an attempt to recreate Chifuyu instead.

This then brings into question when did Tabane really make the IS because wasn't IS reviled when Ichika was about 6-7?

If this is any indication, Izuru apparently won't hold back anymore with the PLOT

The only things need to complete the circle is for the manga to be drawn by Yabuki Kentaro.

if that were true than how does rin have memories of ichika before that mondo grosso tournament in which he was rescued and houki having memories of him from before the IS reveal?

The one the fake Ichika was beating was the real Ichika though.
Real Ichika came in with face mask, acting like Doujou Yaburi (challenging the dojo). Looking at how the Real Ichika's stance, it triggered something in Houki, that she forgot to concentrate to the match. Fake Ichika kept pushing the real one and Ichika accidentally tripped on Houki. (p203-204)
