There are several but we don't know enough about them to make any sure fire guesses about their powers or who will fight them.

But I suppose we can look through the myths that they came from to get some clues.

It's Ladon and Yamata no Orochi. Langdon is from "Angels and Demons", and Orochimaru is from Naruto and he's a good guy now.

Was the Nidhogg mentioned, then we will probably get a Norse oriented storyline, there is already set up with Vali becoming Odin's adopted son.

(I am not counting the Ross's novel as a Norse novel as besides her being a Valkyrie and her grandmother it has almost nothing to do with Norse Mythology as far as the spoilers go.)

Well the only thing I can find on him is that he is a dragon that chews on a root of Yggdrasil.

Even with Ladon, the only info about him is that he guards the golden apples.
His character is surprising but not that far off from the orig myth. It's quite good how Ishibumi was able to create a character with that little info.

You know, now that I think about it, Ise's dragonification allowed him to destroy Ladon's magical barriers later on.


Back to Nidhogg, I'm taking a guess that we have an adventure later on where Ise and friends have to save Yggdrasil from Chaos Brigade, I am curious to how the author will design his character considering he seems to want to give each evil dragon a unique style.

if i am not wrong Ygdrasil called tree of life/world?. then isn't make Nidhogg had long lifespan or regenerative ability and the way he live in underground make him some Earth type Evil Dragon.

i hope Tiamat act like "Lusty Argonian Maid" and wear maid uniform in her humanoid form

I'm not sure about where all this "since Nidhogg is from Norse, we'll have a Norse storyline" is coming from. Ladon's from Greek mythology, yet the major secondary protagonists of Volume 17 were from Norse (Rossweise) and ancient Hinduism (Saji via Vritra), and the setting was in the Demon world at a school... Yeah, Nidhogg, Yamato no Orochi, and Apophis aren't necessarily going to appear where you expect them to.
