No I don't think you are and i don't expect this manga to go another way either at all. I know this is a harem series which is the epitome of polygamy but there's no typical indecision he knows Moka for more than a year now and she has always been his favorite girl so it would be none other than cheating on Moka and Tsukune is not as naiv as to ignore the fact.
Regarding him doing it with Mizore just for the sake of reproducing with the one she likes (cause she could do it with someone else if it was only for having children) , it would picture her really selfish since she is denying Tsukune exactly the same thing that she is trying to achieve - to be with the person he likes. Either way, even if Tsukune doesn't snap out of the flowers charm by himself (maybe the hallucinations make him mistake Mizore for Moka or something) I predict Mizore to stop it from happening, she already had feelings of guilt all the time and we know that she cares for his feelings as well as seen in the festtival arc.

You do have a point, as its the most likely outcome... but time isn't on Mizores side... It hurts me to see her in this situation.

but moka is a lost cause unless he can seduce inner moka, and thats impossible, so why not just go for the next best thing (not saying moka is any better than mizore)

Its not impossible. Inner Moka is being Tsundere, its more than obvious that she's already have something for Tsukune, its only a matter of situation to bring her to be honest about it.

I'm not really sure if it's her being tsundere though, Inner Moka always seemed to give off this sense of Pride. Which she probably got from being such a powerful and High classed vampire. If she was with Tsukune who was a human her pride would take a hit. She seems more wary than anything.

Nah she doesn't care about it. Go re-read chapter 40 from S1.

That's why i even hope for a cheesy way out explained at the end of the arc like ... uuuuhm ... some magic artifact turning her fertile for the rest of her life

well maybe not that cheesy. Maybe more like ... if the the partners love each other very passionatly even an aged snowwoman can get pregnant. (still kinda lame explanation). Anyway i could totally see a dumb misunderstanding in the end of the arc, no way this series is entering drama grounds - i hope.

The mangaka isn't afraid to hit hard on the drama. Look at season 1, theres been a ton of good drama.

yea, but this kinda drama would be a bit much for this kinda manga. This is starting to make me think of that quote from Ouran. The one about how the development of the main characters feeling will be something that destroy the club and the club members friendships.
