Spoiler for a few Ep19 screenshots:

Great quality as expected from the preview. Now we know where all the budget for the Daihaseisai arc went to . Now, if only JC Staff can keep this up for the remaining episodes.

Finally finished watching the episode. Over all rating. 10 is not enough to rate it.

First time to see animated accelerator that is not angry and the next you see him bloody pulp by kihara. It's really portrayed in a very good way.

Last Order is always cute and smile but .... it's really sad when you saw her cry.

It's not been butchered in animation and great in pace.

And the one of the most freaking enemy you could every see finally shows up with her most insane spell. Invading the science side is easy for those level.

... Just... one thing that needs to be said...

Last Order... There's just no way I don't want to cry now. Especially not when she comes to Touma crying like that ;_;

All the sequences were top notch. Action, story, characters, everything's moving along. Last Order's very short scene with Touma hit me emotionally. Dang! 10/10

HELL. YES!! THE ARC I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR HAS STARTED!

Really, can you blame Accelerator for turning out like that when he was raised by a Kihara?

How does he speak like a woman? His voice and lines remind me of yakuza.

What? If anything it's too manly. Such a deep evil voice. Though I think psp version is a bit diff

Sasha-chan~

I see that this episode had some good action. Now all we have to do is wait for the subs to understand what they were saying.

About Kihara: his use of the "wa" particle at the end of sentences sounded strange to me.
Well I made some research and it appears that "wa" is not always feminine (despite being seen as a "marker of feminity" among Japanese). Too bad I never read that anywhere until now...
For those interested, I found a very interesting document about this:
