Hack, Brät, Schabefleisch that stuff comes in different varieties here in germany. And common sense says it should be eaten the same day it is prepared and the preparation should preferably be on the day (or day after) of purchase.

It demands a very hygienic handling of the raw meat. And selling stuff from yesterday is not allowed. It must always be properly cooled. Thats all there is to know about the prevention of health risks with that dish.

I thought a first world country had less problems with hygienic food processing. I dont know if I wanted to buy any raw meat in a region, where this stuff is critizied for health issues.

Boyfriend jumps to his death after girlfriend’s five-hour shopping spree

The fight came to an abrupt end when the man was seen throwing his shopping bags on the floor, jumping over the railings, before landing seven stories below.

Reports say he was killed immediately from the impact of the fall.
