First thing recommended to buy from J-list : White Album Character Songs : Rina Ogata(Mizuki Nana)'s Powder Snow and Morikawa Yuki(Hirano Aya)'s Love Stained Sky. Brilliant music to start out the year.

Happy New Year everybody.
That is one way of looking at it. Another way of doing so is that otaku popculture is slowly seeping and being accepted by the mainstream, particularly their genre of music because instead of the love-themed lyrics, it had a wider range of lyrics, and most of it is particularly idealistic.

I am not surprised at Mizuki Nana being on the list. Her style of music often incorporate a small element of enka into it.
