Even after rounds of supposedly the best medicines available (more like the most awful tasting and some she wasn’t even sure of their purpose of being medicine) and herbs to help heal her battered and bruised body, her muscles were still sore and her joints stiff. Still, she had to admit, her open wounds and burns from her battles against swords and Etherion, were nearly healed, now her body just had to replenish her energy the normal way. Despite her lack of relative mobility, she took some small comfort in that she wasn’t alone in her predicament.

She was Ezra Scarlet. A mage of Fairy Tail who had been literally been plucked from Death’s hand by the same young man with which she was currently sharing a room with. Even after their ordeal, they both insisted on being put in the same room at the hospital, much to the consternation of the local staff but it was a request that could not be ignored for fear of her wrath after she got well enough to move freely.

It was finally over. The sword that hung over her head for the past eight years was now gone thanks to him – Natsu. She couldn’t help the smile that graced her features as she thought yet again of what an amazing young man he had grown into right in front of her eyes. In her mind, even her many accomplishments were nothing compared to what he had done for her in at the Tower of Paradise. For that, he would always have her gratitude…and her…

“Ezra! Check this out!”

She blinked, looking to see the scruffy, pink-haired youth plop down on the edge of her bed, a huge grin on his face. In his hand was a small box so she immediately guessed that the contents were the reason he was such in a good mood. Oh well, as long as it wasn’t some more medicine, she wouldn’t try to Ex-Quip and beat him for it. “What is it Natsu?”

“Oh c’mon, guess.”

Whatever it was, if it put him in this much of a good mood, it had to be good. She let out a sigh as she decided to humor him.

I'll finish it once I decide what the 'thing' is. 0.0....lol

... you know what I find odd about dragons? They're the only ones capable of teaching the magic that kills them (i.e., dragonslayer magic)

Yeah, Lucy's body is definetly up there, but Erza is my main squeeze in Fairy Tail.

The portion with Igneel and the other being (I assume Dragon) was quite interesting, Igneel looks quite impressive as well.

And LOL at Natsu's unconcious reactions.


I wonder what is gonna happen with Erza's old Nakama?

(P.S. I like the explanation of how Erza survived, I wonder what happened to Gerard's old self)

I dunno when the last time you were near a high school was, or watched TV, but there are girls out there now that look like that (IE Lucy) at 15 or younger. Kids keep developing quicker and quicker these days, must be all the growth hormones in the milk and beef. To bad that the opposite seems to be true of their brains, and they are taking even longer to mature those these days.

And yeah, Erza is still hotter, if anything because of her awesome suits of armor.

Yea my guess was they were and as for Wendy well thats anyones guess. We could all start throwing what we think and what not about but for me I'm just gonna wait it out as I don't wanna strain myslef

True true. But im gonna go ahead and take an early shot at this. Wendy is another dragonslayer? Atleast im hoping, and the second person they were talking about is probably another dragon, probably wendy's dragon.
