I'm actually in agreement with you on that. Kaneki's judgement and decision making has become total shit due to wanting to keep their child safe which in turn has caused this latest incident where the Oggai are invading the 24th ward. However let's keep in mind that Kaneki hasn't given up on saving Yoriko and this latest chapter didn't reveal much on who stayed behind to defend the 24th ward in Kaneki's absence. I'm sure he wouldn't have been that stupid to leave it unguarded.

I'd say we have to wait to get the actual decision in regard to Yoriko, from how I see it, Kaneki would eventually do it, albeit now added a lot of drama, since that's what make him Kaneki. And plenty of reason for him to keep survive, Touka, Hinami, Yomo,..... are more than enough. Frankly th only thing the baby has done is to put Touka out of combat forces.

Ayato returned shortly after, or during the wedding celebrations according to the omake pages in vol 12. He was looking forward to a cold beer when he got home.
He didn't discover a damn thing about the OEG, instead he thought "nagaraja" meant "nagai unko", so he assumed that the Nagaraja's discarded kakuja was a really long turd. We learn that the OEG is not in Tokyo Ghoul and also that ghouls can drink beer without ill effects aside from drunkeness.

Recall from how Yomo and the Pierrots had no problems from drinking liquors, it went way back before you know it. Maybe even Tsukiyama drank wine when he was Gourmet ghoul.

Just saw chapter 134 raw and many theories of what may or may not happen. Yomo and the white suits are back at headquarters defending the base from Mitsuki and the Oggai. Many people saying either Touka will die or lose the baby unless Ayato makes it back in time with reinforcements and should this happen to Touka it will change Kaneki forever. The Oogai are also going berserk and turning into Kaneki's berserk form when he went crazy from eating too many ghouls. All I hope for is nothing bad happens to Touka.

People who want they favorite character to die must have something wrong with their head, Touka won't bite it but the tragedy with the Oggai are real.

Shikorae was finally confirmed to be Rio, the main character from Tokyo Ghoul Jail. It was pretty much certain it was him, but it's nice to see an outright confirmation in the manga.

How the fuck did Roma survive? Urie destroyed almost her entire head. Or was her body rigged or something? And Iwao is pretty awesome fighting a ghoul as strong as Shiko with a regular sword.

Jail is always in the picture.
He is the same person as Shikorae.

In manga, Rio was not saved by Yomo and went completely mad.
And then become Eto's plaything and then Roma's.

Could Vlad Dracul in this Alternate Reality/Parallel Universe called Tokyo Ghoul have been a Ghoul? I mean The Ghouls in this world have similar capabilities as Vampires even the shapeshifting aspect too. So Vlad the Impaler could have been a Ghoul in a way...Drinking Human Blood and Eating Human Flesh, Growing Power and shapeshifting his body into anything he thought and constructed and changed his face to look like anyone and anything. Uta's proof that he can change his face and who knows, maybe Ghouls can change their appearance too...who knows? They could probably change their Gender as well...There's literally nothing Ghouls can do right now...Donato can create clones,Uta can change his face and body, Saiko can construct interesting shapes...There's no such thing as Fiction, just Non-Fiction written in the wrong Parallel Universe/Alternate Reality.
