@Ruki0089, Just got back from taking a shower, anyway, it harder to get your story flowing since you got to many thing going at the same time.
You to tell one part at a time or just focus on Ise battle.

Since my previous post got deleted by a mod here it is again.

What if Ise come back holding Ophus hand telling Rias if he let goes he would die.

well i belive orpheus do something to save ise life or by the help oppai gods combine with orpheus power.

Hades allows Cao Cao to use Sameal just once. The author said Sameal won't appear ever again. So we can forget about him now. That's good news.

Well Cao Cao wasn't using his Balance-Breaker in that fight. Anyone can beat/kill Cao Cao only if their attack hits Cao Cao. But no-one can if Cao Cao uses his Balance-Break because the ability is haxed and also because Cao Cao is a observant and calculative character. Also his ability allows him to fight superior beings just by himself. So if Sairaorg fights Cao Cao, Cao Cao will still win with his ability and techniques. Cao Cao beat Azazel in volume 11. So the Maou wont be able to beat him either. And he's just a human.

That Ophus do something it's sure thing. The one to help her..that another matter. There is the chance that the previous Boosted Gear possesors or GR(Dubt it thought). Or Oppai god like you said..after all the previous boosted gear possessors are become Tits freak

The thing that I 'm really curios is if Rias will be the only one to still have hope about Ise come back and that he still alive. Would be better that her like the other girl.

Cao Cao's Sacred Gear is a Longinus. Longinus are the ultimate Sacred Gears and they have more than one ability, where normal Sacred Gear has only one. So far there are 13 Longinus in total. And his Longinus is "True Longinus" which is the first and the ultimate Longinus. So it's the ultimate out of ultimate.
It has a form of a spear, and its the same spear which killed Jesus. A single stab by it can kill and vaporise a Top-class devil in a flash.
The Balance-Breaker is a sub-species of it, hence it is more powerful than "True-Longinus" previous possessor had. It's said that it carries the "dying wish"of God inside it. Besides the Balacne-Breaker it has a thing called "True-Idea" which is similar to "juggernaut Drive". Though Juggernaut-Drive has creatures possessed in it, while "True-Idea" doesn't.
The initial ability of "True-Longinus" isnt told but the Balance-Break(sub-species) has 7 Sacred Abilities where each one of them is a haxed ability. But only 4 of them is revealed.

And Yes, that's also Sairaorg in Balance-Break form. But Sairaorg doesnt possess a Sacred Gear. He's a pure devil so he can't. He was lucky to encounter the Sacred Gear, also an Longinus, when the original possesor died. The Sacred Gear maintained it's form of Lion and became Sairaorg's servant(pawn).
