Apparently the Blue Flag arc is changed from the novel sequence.

Also, Kouki has been working his magic by Kouki!ing (rewriting) plots when he did the novels, so the Mag's stories are different from what you get in the Novel, Manga, Anime, and I assume, the VN.

Apparently, they made few changes to the opening and ending. I can't believe the Berkut is showing earlier than its supposed to. The anime deviating from the original source is fine, but will the visual novel do the same?

Nice find.
Yup, looks like they fixed a few of the consistencies and bad lighting that some have pointed out.
Still wondering how the Destroyer got taken out by 5 shells from a 4 gun salvo from Venus. Only My Railgun can be that fast.
Inia and Cryska 69 still looks like Rika chan and Rena chan.
And now we get broken XFJ and SU-47 at the end... Yuuya is crying... Inia wont look him in the eyes anymore...
Getting more seed vibes as well... why they go the commercialized mecha anime path...
