I watched/read this story over 5 years ago. The Main Character just transferred to the school and knows nothing about it. At the end of the day all the students try to kill each other. They all have a (tribal tattoo like)Mark on their body that lets them have a superpower. The bigger the mark the stronger the power. The marks come form either the leaders of the different groups, or from just one person. A female character who is covered in Marks gives one to the MC. It is a very small Mark, but it give him the ability to control time in a limited area. I also remember that a different character wants to use his ability to release a nuclear bomb that is frozen in time.

It is not the manga Aphorism.

Any ideas?

Maybe you can give more specific info/details?
Like:

Characters(Fill in for every character):
-What do the characters look like? (chubby, skinny, big, small, art style?, etc)
-Looks(Hair styles, hair colors(if there are colored covers), clothing, scars, eye-patches, etc)

Place:
-Where is it? (town, city, etc)
-How does the school like?

Other:
-Outstanding/unique elements.?

-Does it have an outstanding/unique art style?

Give as much info/details as possible please
