So, apparently one of the new quests require you to send Arashio K2 (FS), another DesDiv8 DD and 4 wild cards to 5-5 and A-rank it twice....

Are they f@#$-ing serious??

For once they don't require a S-victory but still, just getting to the boss will be a problem. Hopefully the reward, beside the resources, might be worth it.

Edit: I can confirm than Arashio need to be Lv67 minimum to get her second remodel and she seem to be unable to re-equip a Daihatsu, even if she get one.

I think the reward is a reinforcement expansion. Although I have no idea if it's worth the sanity and resources involved.

I didn't have any problem equipping daihatsus on Arashio K2. Someone had this problem. He fixed it by clearing the cache.

Upgrade it, either automatically or manually in Chrome option.

Can I check what's you guy's composition for clearing the Setsubun quest for 2-3? The 4 ships with 2 DDs part. Thanks.

Edit: NVM, I cleared it directly after this post. 2DD, 1CV, 1BBV

I just used Akatsuki, Fubuki, KTKM and Ooi for the Setsubun quest and came out great. Apart from the two times I got off-routed in 2-3 the quest didn't even need heavier ships to complete.

Also, December Ranking rewards to be distributed later today, with equipment relating to the Winter Event.

This might be an odd question but... what happens if I reload the game to leave the sortie instead of proceeding into a fight? Is it a bannable offense?

I've done so before to prevent ships from being sunk, so no I don't think it is. Might not want to make it a habit though.

Current speculation given the nature of the 631 Squadron - being the group assigned to I-401 and I-400 - is that the upcoming event might be related to Operation Arashi, a planned submarine operation to attack US carriers on Ulithi Atoll that was cancelled due to the Japanese surrender.

Any other subs would be nice, regular sub or a SSV, especially if it came with some interesting equipment.
