Really? I thought that if they were able to conduct experiments with the Rank #1 Lv5 Esper using samples from the Rank #3 Lv5 Esper (and failed just because a particular random Level 0 Esper defeated Rank #1), something like utilizing the Rank #4 Esper wouldn't be too much of a trivial task to do. Granted, only AC's best military forces are allowed to experiment with it and its production is highly classified.

Unless, lately AC has been running out of resources which would explain why WWIII was somehow a convenient occurence I guess. Just a baseless theory but I wouldn't be surprised if there was even a motive like that even if its priority is way down to the bottom.

... I guess it's high time I come back to my senses and follow what an AC citizen would believe in: "There's nothing AC can't make, especially if they didn't already have them." Just for the sake of the continuation of Suspension Of Believe Via Willpower, if that helps...

I don't think that will work because "super" is kinda Kinuhata's trademark word and central to her character. I bet in the anime she will say "super" in english with her sentences.
