I haven't read any manga but i do feel like there is something going on between them. They had some connection from afar twice in one episode. on the stairs at the end and at the racing track

On a more speculative note, Saten got an A in Clairvoyance. Is it just possible that that's actually how she managed to find Level Upper when everyone else couldn't? And if I recall, all those 'urban myths' came from Saten. Maybe she does actually have some Clairvoyance but she doesn't realise it and unconsciously files it away as rumors she just heears in passing.

Her power isn't clairvoyance. You don't discover clairvoyance by looking at your hands.

Also, we've already established "Clairvoyance" on the scorecard can't really be literally the Clairvoyance power. You can only have one kind of power at once. If she really had Clairvoyance, and the scorecard literally referred to Clairvoyance all of her other "grades" should be a 0 or an X.

But you know Kiyama was able to break the 'one power' concept so it's not impossible. And Saten didn't actually have a power at the time so what was there to increase? 0 times anything will still be 0.

I don't see why. You only have to have one developed power once. All the others aren't developed and it's possible that if she had clairvoyance then he might not simply be able to develop her other grades anymore.

Scoring an A on an ability which you don't even know if that's really your ability.

And its clearly one ability per person.

Kiyama only had multiple powers because she was using others' powers through Level Upper. Again, you don't get to "choose" your powers by picking which one to develop. The power you gain is almost like a genetic trait.

Kiyama said that she was the only person who would ever be able to use multiple powers at once.

I haven't heard any kind of test that involves a general set of ability test skill

the only thing that I'm sure of is that each and everyone has their own test or special curriculum. Specially if your special you will be given a special class like accelerator.

That's why I said it either had to be an anime error, a translation error (it might literally mean Clairvoyance in Japanese) or an aptitude test similar to the IQ test.
