As you can see there's only 2 Fumika name inside the prelim list.I'm sure Ando didn't make any mistake in translating those name there,so i believe Fumika on that list above refer to the main character while Mikawa Fumika is Mikawa Kirameki's daughter.Its hard to believe that ppl can missed Fumika's name when nominating Shigofumi characters during the nomination day,and also i believe they also knew about the existence of 2 Fumikas in Shigofumi,one being the mail carrier and another one is Mikawa Kirameki's daughter.So if according to the name above,Fumika there should referred the main character while Mikawa Fumika is Mikawa Kirameki's daughter.

I can understand by what you mean there,as the Shigofumi's page at JP Wikipedia also stated the same thing like what you said in your post (the girl that holding the doll that has the same name as Fumika).But then the problem here is,if 文伽 refers to the girl that appear in episode 10 only and フミカ（美川文歌） refers to the main character Fumika,then what about Mikawa Kirameki's daughter Mikawa Fumika (美川 文歌（みかわ ふみか）)?

I'm pretty sure the 2 Fumikas name on the list above refers to the main character and Mikawa Kirameki's daughter only.Fumika and Mikawa Fumika are considered as 2 embodiments (although both of them were the same person),with different personality and attitude,meaning that they're qualified to be nominated under separate name "Fumika" and "Mikawa Fumika".However i might be wrong about this anyway,if the organizer rejected the nomination for Mikawa Fumika with the reason of "Mikawa Fumika = Fumika".

Well considering I generally don't find lolis to be moe, that is a less than stellar approach for me. Only reason why I support Fumika is because of Ueda, and the one I just voted for just is the only one who is NOT voiced by her.
