It's not really noitaminA that's the problem so much as the people that are currently sponsoring it (FUNi, Aniplex, Fuji TV) trying to turn it into something potentially more profitable, which of course kind of defeats the purpose of why it was created in the first place but what are you gonna do really?

I don't know, I like the opening and I like the character designs (degraded from the original LN art as it is). I think it might end up being a nice series, and it being a Fumiaki Maruto work is enough to get me to try it out

You could say the same for other top-tier eroge artists like Carnelian. The amount of shading and the depth of the color palette they use, if put to animation at the usual 24 frames per second, would likely bankrupt the vast majority of animation studios available to Japanese productions. I would imagine that having an animation studio trying to convincingly replicate even just the high-quality lineart (most tweening work and the like is outsourced) used by those artists would strain most budgets too.

I'm surprised that Kurehito Misaki didn't even get to do the credits images for Ushinawareta Mirai wo Motomete, even. He should at least have gotten that much, and if those pictures were put on posters or scrolls would have made excellent "bonuses" for the Disc sales. It'd be very nice if Saenai Heroine no Sodatekata did so.

Looking back, Carnelian has had 3 anime adaptations of her works so far, and the colour, character designs, and shading in each were compromised in some way compared to the originals. It was inevitable, really.
