I assume you are joking over this but if you are not then the answer is no, you are not allowed to flame anyone who posts spoilers.

If you do spot a spoiler the best course of action is to make use of the Report button .

Please do not quote the post for any reason, in fact it's best not to even reply with a "don't post spoilers" message since it just drags the thread off-topic. You might consider sending the offender a Visitor Message but if you do please keep the message civil, no insults, flames or derogatory comments. You can always award neg rep if you so wish but again please keep any message left with the rep civil. As we state in the forum rules you may not harass, insult, flame, etc., in the forum for any reason (and this includes Personal Messages, Visitor Messages or Reputation Award comments).

Signatures are turned off by default if I remember correctly, so choosing to view signatures includes the risk of spoilers, right? (Also, what can be considered spoiler...I mean, if I use a signature of bleach with Ichigo's dark side, it's a huge spoiler for someone who just started watching it, but the show's been going on for years.)

As far as I know signatures are on by default. As for your seccond question, from what I hear the rule doesnt applly to really slow people or otherwise we would have to use spoiler tags on everything defeating the purpose.

good thing that animesuki stricly limit signature sizes, other forums which doesn't have any limitation for signature... i been there before i dont want to come back coz i dont want to see a signature with a 800x600 image followed by some text describing the user. >_<

There's always a fact that some ppl just read the content of a post without paying any attention to the date, so if they feel like it, they will just post a reply even if the last post is very very old. (One example is me when I just joined the forum )

Btw, I have a question.

Please use the Report button if you see any spoilers:
Click the button found to the left of the post, just under the poster's avatar.
Using the Report button is anonymous and helps the Moderators
to locate and deal with problems quickly.
Is it anonymous to everyone or only anonymous to members and the mods can still see the name of the reporter?

From my experience as a mod and admin at various forums unless there's a mod out there I have not heard of all reports show the poster who reported them. Generally they will show the report, the name of the person reporting it, and the thread from which the report came from (and the specific page/post). As far as the general public knows (unless again there's some mod I don't know of for reporting posts) the person who reported a post is never mentioned. It just says "this post has been reported" or some message that is similar. Only moderators and admins who can see the report itself can see who did the reporting.

I'm sorry if this has been asked before but I'm new to this forum and I would like to know how to post "spoiler" posts. You know, where you click on the "spoiler" button and the quoted post expands. Thanks in advance!

Use the button to wrap the selected text into a spoiler tag.

You can also add them manually by typing the following: [ spoiler ] [ /spoiler ] <-- without the spaces

That way, if you do it like this:
This is a spoiler
It would end up looking like this:

Spoiler for :
