@Guido: If you enjoy the Mahou Shoujo deconstruction in this satirical way, you should try the more serious/grim version that Madoka Magica attempted... in between, despite the different mood of those two anime, I really enjoy them, despite not liking the character designs of neither, the writers have done a really good job.

Liz and Sella? They were in the original VN as her maids (which is what they are now, just with personalities), they just weren't shown much at all in the anime.

They also aren't her sisters. At least I'm pretty sure they aren't. You never really know, what with how the Einzberns create their people, but I don't ever recall hearing anything about them actually being related.

If I am not mistaken they are genuine homunculi (which is Einzbern trademark magic), created as maids. That's why they are similiar to Illya and Iris.

I would think they're half sisters. The homunculi could all be made from some sort of the same genetic material, thus the white hair and red eyes. Illya on the other hand was made partly from Kiritsugu's sperm. Illya is older than them technically in Fate/Stay Night at least
