Then a block by either Tinypic (as cyberbeing already speculated) or some Finnish provider seems more likely. Try to contact tinypic directly, to ask if your and your school's IPs are blocked: http://tinypic.com/contact.php http://tinypic.com.nyud.net/contact.php (nyad proxy, if this does not work use some other random proxy) Do you have friends in your town using the same ISP with the same problem? |

or try contacting your ISP itself if you don't want to use anti-censorship tools and ask the problem.
or try renting a computer in a cafe nearby. or tinypic itself is the problem?! sample problems are sometimes it destroy quality of images i uploaded and sometimes animated.gif will turn into animated.jpg but still moving. |
