I can see the Rosen making a play for Erica since she has shown that she is a very talented combat Magician plus her presumed love interest is a good combat Magician with a German bloodline. Another plus is that her Father has totally overlooked how skilled she is so the Rosen could offer her and Leo a position worthy of their talents.
