School battle harems wasn't anything new. IS is more known for one male in an all-girls school.

Gifting doesn't really qualify as a reincarnation story in my opinion.

Kasuga Ayumy is very special on his designs, faces and hips.

The anime designs don't give the original artist style vibe when the characters move, specially the faces but isn't bad either.

I see CG fights, which studio is doing the CG animation?

I think it's Orange. Not 100% sure tho.

Yep, Orange is handling the 3DCG in this one too. In fact they are collaborating in around 3-4 shows next season. And talking about collaboration the 2D visuals by Lerche look neat as well, hype level moderately rising.
