I was wondering the same thing, asked around in other places but didn't get a good answer besides "elves age slowly." I just assumed she spend decades studying. The more logical reason is that the mangaka forgot about it, fans are after all more obsessed with continuity than the creators.

I think we can safely assume she’s considerably older than Chil (29) at least, based on her reaction to that reveal.

I don't want to spoil anything (not that it would be important... or come up in this season, or even the next if they make one), but I'll point out what they said in the anime: they're not actually in the same grade. They called her "Marcille from the graduate school". She's auditing the class for her own curiosity, not because she needs the credit.

Considering how this series Delicious in Dungeon (Dungeon Meshi), works it could be something that will be used for comedy. But I think he was the man in the hood who appeared in Episode 6.
By the way, the elf who attacks Laios (when Laios gets into the painting) appeared in the opening no? I wonder if the paintings were the past of the dungeon.

Episode 10. of Delicious in Dungeon (Dungeon Meshi).

The part of the group's preparations before the big fight against the Red Dragon was cute (?) and it was nice to see how the group acted and how they are important to each other. Also, the part with the head of the island was interesting and gave to the world of the series, a development that made me curious about the way that things are going to combine with the main plot later.


I wouldn't be surprised if the Elf that Laios met in episode 5. (it was?) is the one that created this dungeon.

The frog costumes were definitely the highlight, and seemed to prove Marcille can be talked into doing almost anything. It was a really good idea by the way, it's just disgusting and looks silly. Got the job done either way.
