Alright, I need someone with at least some slight animating experience.

Could I get someone to take this picture to have a flaming shadow-animation? Focus on the head please. I've learned that by messing with the sketch function, you can make it more or less splotchy, like the shadows are flickering.

However, I have no idea how to make it into an animation. Please help.

All you have to do is have multiple layers with the same image, then change the layers as you see fit with a slight chance on next layer and layer after that and so on. Then just pick the option Make Frames from Layers, do the timing and you've got a GIF.

I can't unfortunately do this myself as all I am able to do is creating GIF's from video files, but any image editing is beyond me.
